Being in the Moment
Take Out the Time
Stare up into the night sky, what do you see? Stars obviously, but what is it that you truly see, beyond that? Nothing else without a telescope, true, but it’s what you see beyond the normal senses that count in this matter.
Take meditation for instance as an example. You can see beyond the norm if you truly try to do so. Just as you would meditate, look out into the starry sky and see beyond what you normally see. And really take in the moment and breathe and just be in that moment; embrace that moment and truly take, in it’s beauty and wonder.
Take yourself away from the troubles of the world and release it to spaces beyond what you can see. Really let the noises of the day fade away; release any fears or grief into the abyss and take in the cool night air.
Relax into a bliss of no worries or concerns, leaving that behind for the moment. There’s nothing better than the presence when we are willing to do this.
Release the day into the night of no more burdens for the day is no longer a problem, for it is night that we slumber, and bring in a new day. And in doing so, each and every day brings us a new beginning if we just willingly reach out for it, and take it and claim it as our own.
We no longer need yesterday for yesterday is no longer and we live in today, and there’s no point in worrying about tomorrow for it isn’t here yet. If we all learn to live each day as they come and do what it calls for today, and not yesterday or tomorrow, then our burdens would no longer weigh us down.
Yes, we can plan for the future, and we should do so for certain things, but always living in, now. Walk in this presence, because it wouldn’t do any good to try and walk in yesterday’s shoes or tomorrow’s. So why would, we try to live in anything but now, today; in this very moment?
See beyond what you think you know, and then rethink it. You may be surprised what you didn’t see or know before, but now that you decided to live in, now and look beyond the “knowing” of the things, we can be forever in this moment in time, how you may ask, by never looking back and not tying to live for tomorrow.
I know we can’t truly leave behind certain things, but make a point of each and every day, preferably at night and leave your problems at the door and let that day shed away. Wait until tomorrow to deal with it. After a good night rest you would be surprised how many solutions to your problems will be ready waiting for you the next day.
You can do this by, surrendering the day and asking: what can I do to find the solution for today’s problems? And then release it into the night, shedding that burden and leaving it for tomorrow to deal with then.
Learn how to unburden yourself by not trying to take on so much all at one time, focus on one thing that can lead you to the next step.
Making goals can help eliminate the stress of the day before you begin this living in this “now journey,” be sure to write goals for yourself, grounded in realistic goals, that can and will get you to where it is you need to be and to accomplish. And take the needed steps that you can realistically obtain for that day, and do not worry about the rest until you get to that goal on the day it arrives for you to do so.
Take a deep breath and really release all of your burdens and surrender it out into the universe and unchain yourself from those burdens, truly free yourself. Don’t allow the stress to take you down; you own the stress; it doesn’t own you. So take it and let it go, and release it, for stress isn’t your friend or a needed process for anyone.
Close your eyes and imagine all of your worries, sorrows, stress, and concerns melting away and drifting into the night and let it go far, far away from you and free yourself of all of that baggage and just be in the moment of bliss for that night, for that moment, do this every night, and you will see and feel the difference, but only when we keep doing it.
Write your problems down and put into a bucket and take them one by one and read them allowed, and then burn them, one at a time and if you don’t want to release those ashes for releasing them, then put them into a jar and bury them to leave them behind. So you can release yourself of this.
Also you can do the same if you need let go of the burden of holding a grudge with someone, and forgive them for your own peace of mind, (not saying what they did was right), but no longer weighing yourself down. And burn the pieces of paper, and either release the ashes or bury them as well.
Over time of doing all of the things, will truly be a blessing for your well being, and you will feel better and be better.
If anyone has torn you down in the past or recently, do that with it as well, so you can release it, and begin living in now, and building yourself back up in every moment you choose to do this.
It’s ultimately up to you, what you do in your moment time you chose for yourself to have each day or night. But be sure it’s for the greater good and it will begin your inner peace you deserve to have. That’s an important step to having inner peace, by fully living in the moment, in, now, and not in the past or future.
Give yourself a break by being in the moment at least an hour a day, if you can’t give yourself more than that. Sometimes being in the moment briefly is better than never being fully in the moment.
If the day is better for you to do so, then do it then. I say night because you’re able to fully rest so much better by doing so. Just as long as you do it some time. And every day or night, it’s important it becomes an everyday thing for it to truly work, and do anything for you.
It will help you to wake up in a better mood and feeling better, and more at rest and ready for the new day you have, and the noises of the day as well as the stress won’t be such a problem any longer.
Being fully in the moment helps you to truly get to know yourself too. And the more you know yourself, the better you can be and more free you will be in each moment of the day.
Give yourself time to develop who you are and meant to be. You can use these (being in the moment) for times such as that. And in doing so, you will you create a better you, better environment, better life, and enjoy being more in the current moment more and more; In allowing yourself to be who; you’re truly meant to be, and in turn forever in the moment.
There’s nothing better than now. And in doing these things you will see just what I mean and will see nothing before or after ever truly matter again. The moment of peace and quiet, with no cares, no worries, and just freely in the moment, you are given, and now living in. It’s your moment; make it count.
And be sure once you find this, go and help others to do the same. They will be thankful you did; you’ll be thankful you did this for yourself and able to help others to as well. Let’s all learn to be more in the moment more, forever in the moment.
