Before Harry potter was published JK Rowling was rejected many times but she didn’t give up.
A journey of rejections again and again until success finally arrives.
Success is a thing that we all dream about it but if we look closely success is not about to get everything easily.
Because it is all about facing rejections facing failures and facing disappointments and still choosing to stand again. For me the success really means the courage to keep moving forward even when everything looks you all opposite.
And the one story that truly inspires me is the journey of Harry ll Potter not just the story in the book but the struggle behind how that book came into the world.
JK Rowling the author of Harry Potter was not living a perfect life when she started writing her book but she was a single mother and facing financial problems and often fighting with her own sadness.
Many people in her place would have given up on their dreams. But she was not to give up because she believed that her story is about a young wizard that touch hearts and she poured her soul into writing it.
After finishing the manuscript of her book she started looking for a publisher but this is where her test began she went to one publisher to publish her book but they said no then she went to another publisher but the answere was again no but she tried again and again but rejection followed her everywhere.
In total her book was refused 12 times imagine the pain of putting your heart into something and hearing people say “It is not good enough” again and again.
Most of us would may be stop there because we would think maybe they are right or maybe i should quit. But Rowling did not ready to give up and she carried her courage like a torch in the dark. She knew her story had power and she kept trying until finally one publisher gave her a chance and that was the single “yes” after so many “no’s” changed her life forever.
Today Harry Potter is one of the biggest book series in history which loved by millions of readers across world wide.
What I see in this journey is not just a book’s success but the message that failure is not the end unless you stop trying rejections are not walls they are tests of how badly we want something. If Rowling had given up after the 12th rejection the world would never have known Harry Potter and millions of children including me would never have felt the magic of her words.
Sometimes I think about my own struggles in life there are days I feel like giving up when nothing seems to work and the world feels too heavy in those moments this story speaks to me.
It tells me that even when everyone doubts you, you should not doubt yourself because the truth is success is not about how fast you win but about how long you can survive the battle
The story of Harry Potter is proof for us that dreams require patience, courage, and belief life will knock us down many times but every time we have to rise again we are closer to our victory.
Success is not built on easy roads but it is built on the stones of rejection and failure.
When I look at Rowling’s journey i realize something that rejections are not signs of weakness but it show us the signs that you are on the right path but you must prove your strength and the every “no” she faced only made her stronger and finally one “yes” was enough to open the doors of history for her.
So whenever i feel lost i remind myself thar maybe my success is just one step away one more try away if i stop now i might lose the chance of a lifetime but if I keep going who knows? Maybe the world is waiting for my story, my voice and my success.
That is why the perfect definition of success for me is never giving up and never losing the courage and success is patience it is courage it is hope and it is believing in your dreams when no one else does. This is just like Harry Potter’s journey from rejection to glory and our own stories can also turn into magic if only we choose not to quit.
