If what you want is just to live, then just earn enough to eat three meals a day, but how can people be satisfied with three meals of food and clothing, with one will want two, the desire is endless.

However, the desire for more, and the ability to match is not, it is also in vain.

Scrutiny can be found, the best way to invest in yourself, is to sleep early, exercise, and read, not obvious at first, but later is the benefit infinite.

1, early to bed, good spirit

It is said that "the early bird has the worm to eat", the corresponding is to go to bed early, otherwise late to bed and early to rise is very difficult to have the spirit of reading or work.

I used to feel like I couldn't sleep and wanted to stay up late, but then I got used to going to bed early and realized that staying up late was actually "torturing" myself, making a loss that didn't pay off.

2, exercise, good health

People who exercise and people who do not exercise are completely different states.

Careful observation can be found, for those who often exercise, not only good skin condition, there is a kind of confidence emanating from within.

In the past, there was a leader in the office, because eating and drinking too much, middle-aged fat serious, think about running to lose weight.

3, read, invest in yourself

When I was a child, I read for literacy and understanding, but also to give myself a good future, I thought I would be able to work without reading, but later I realized that I could not leave the book at any time.

As long as a person wants to keep getting better, they must read more books.

Appropriate fun is common sense, but whenever you want to read more books, today for half an hour, tomorrow for half an hour, a book will soon be finished, and if you do not read today, tomorrow does not read the book, over time, I am afraid that even the book looks like to forget.

A book is not worth a few dollars but read into the brain, it is priceless.
