We all are humans and there is no doubt that we make mistakes but most of the mistakes of our life we did in our 20s. It’s time to recall our mistakes and make our generation aware of them
.As we all know that mistakes are part of our life and it teaches us a lot but it doesn’t mean that doing mistakes every time and not learning anything from them is good. I also have made some mistakes in my life, but the worst thing is that I have done these in my 20s and became a disaster for my life. If people are aware of these mistakes, it will add extra benefit to their journey of being successful and happy.
There are many mistakes that a person do in their journey between their 20s to 30s. According to research and my experience, I have listed 5 mistakes that you should avoid in your 20s.
# Self-confidence
In our 20s we experience lots of things and face lots of obstacles related to friends, family, careers, relationships, and many more. The 20s is the young phase of our life and we have lots of dreams and desires to achieve. In this phase of our life Self-confidence plays a major role. As we say “self-confidence is a superpower” and without power, no one can do anything. If you have self-confidence, it gives you another level of energy within yourself, and if you believe in yourself, nothing seems impossible. People in their 20s after facing rejection in a relationship, failures in their career, and most importantly, after listening to others' success stories and many more, start losing their self-confidence, which leads to depression and sometimes suicide.

#Addictions
The most menacing thing. People of this modern world use the word cool. Like seriously !! do you think this? Addiction to anything whether it's alcohol, smoking, drugs or anything never makes us cool not even makes our life easier. Just by forgetting our problems for an hour or maybe a day, we start spoiling our whole life. it kills ur creativity ur mental health and life. instead of these types of addictions just because of seeing someone doing this and just to pretend urself cool or avoid our problems We should be focusing on our goals and our life.

#Neglecting health
“It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver” by Mahatma Gandhi. Neglecting your health is the worst thing you can do in your whole life. As you all are aware of the latest pandemic that happened in the world still not focusing on your health would lead you to death. There was a time people preferred homemade foods instead of junk foods. In this modern world, we started doing the exact opposite we prefer junk food, packed foods, supplements, and many more things that harm our health. Now technology also changes we all have so many facilities that we forgot to give time to ourselves. People are getting mentally and physically unhealthy just because of all the luxuries they have and started struggling with diseases like thyroid, diabetes, and lots of health issues at a young age.

#Understimating Their Parents
When we enter our 20s or above we thought that we are masters of our own and start neglecting and ignoring our parent's calls and advice. Do you know, a piece of Iron ingot attains its best shape when it is being beaten by a blacksmith and that iron becomes too attractive in the form of machines, pieces of Furniture, and vehicles that people purchase? It also gets useful for the development of society. So in the same way when your parents shout at you and beat you, you should not hate them and disrespect them. They are the blacksmith who is bringing you in the best shape and guiding you for the best future.

#Lack of Gratitude
Ya, you all heard it right Gratitude is a catalyst that works for happiness. We suffer a lot in our 20s with failure, struggle, and obstacles. We usually always complain about the things that we don’t have and start blaming our destiny our life and most importantly universe for not fulfilling our needs. Do you also think so?? There was a time when I also started blaming instead of feeling gratitude for the things that I have and when I started reading a book name “Gratitude The Secret Book by Rhonda Byrne” then I realized that I am not focusing on the little thing that matters a lot for me and I am so lucky that I have these like my parents, my family, my loved ones who loved me a lot and stands for me always with me in my ups and downs, my health my organs that works 24/7 properly, if we start focusing on these things and start feeling the gratitude we will start attracting happiness in our lives. This is very important to have an attitude of gratitude for everyone. You all will think how can I say that but I have experienced it and it works in my life.
