2020 was the year of being totally DISCONNECTED FROM REALITY!

The time disconnected has been an opportunity to personally reflect deeply on the lives we have created for ourselves! To much time has been spent reflected on the good, the bad, the pain, the misery, the successes!!

Ultimately, we have to remove our thought processes from THE PAST and begin to concentrate on the return to THE NOW!

THE NOW is a time to grow! THE NOW is a time to gain strength! THE NOW is a time to seek and develop a PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT that will rock your 2021!

NO MORE feeling sorry for ourselves! No one needs that! No one wants that! WE WANT SUCCESS for everyone!

SO LET'S START 2021 BY RESOLVING TO HAVING BETTER RELATIONSHIPS!

RECONNECT!

It's not as impossible as you might think!

For many of us, social distancing measures and imposed quarantines made staying connected with loved ones harder than ever. If you’re feeling this way, simply make a resolution to reconnect (and stay connected!) this year with friends and family you feel you’ve lost touch with in some way.

AND DO THIS WITH YOUR CLIENT LIST AS WELL!! YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER OPPORTUNITY!!

HOW? Schedule regular calls or texts where you can chat about life updates, follow up when they tell you about exciting news, or shoot them a quick photo when you see something that reminds you of them. Though it may seem small, consistent interactions like these can help re-establish and continue a connection.

HOW? With business clients you say? Hand written letters? Postcards? Make it personal even on a business level connection!

HEALTH! FITNESS! NUTRITION! DIET!

The new year calls for new resolutions!

Send them a sweet note in the mail, pay them a kind compliment, or offer to lend a hand with a tough task. These small gestures show loved ones you’re thinking of them and hoping to make their day just a little bit brighter!

OPEN LINES OF COMMUNICATION! JUST LISTEN + SPEAK LATER!

2020 was a very tough year on EVERYONE! Mentally! Physically! Financially!

Constant communication with loved ones and business associates wasn't what we expected in 2020! But let's make 2021 ROCK with AWESOME RELATIONSHIPS!

In 2021, set a resolution to be a better listener to your friends and family. When you speak, whether it’s through technology or in person, make sure you’re not distracted by other things. Listen, ask questions, and don’t forget to follow up on important conversations like personal struggles or exciting new endeavors—this can make your loved ones feel respected and heard, two things that are important for any strong relationship.

SELF EXPRESSION DURING "ME-TIME!"

It can be easy to forget, but one of the most important relationships we have is the one with ourselves! In 2020, if you let self-care fall to the wayside, make a resolution in 2021 to do the opposite. Prioritize self-care in a way that reflects your interests and needs and set aside the time to actually carry these actions out. Start by practicing small, but still important, habits, like implementing a healthy diet and getting a full night’s sleep. Once you’re regularly incorporating those habits into your routine, consider adding a relaxing new hobby or activity to your day. The best thing about self-care is that it’s truly all about you, so work on finding a combination of activities that works best for your health and overall well-being.

Building solid relationships is not easy! In fact, it can be downright difficult with some people. But put everything you have into building one relationship at a time and you will be rewarded!!

You will be rewarded with GREAT MEMORIES and with the ability to get through some very difficult times!
