RV Sales Warriors;
Year End Sales Planning is always the most wonderful time of the year!
YES! That is supposed to be humorous but it really is the most wonderful time of the year!
It's an incredible time to evaluate your year's performance and make improvements!
I was recently asked to submit a brief statement of my 2021 personal and professional goals to the sales manager for the organization I am currently employed with. And I immediately thought and without hesitation - YES!!
I do this on a personal and professional standpoint anyway so why not share some of that with you!! And you!! My loyal RV SALES WARRIORS!
So here is my submission to "THE CORPORATION!"

BECOMING THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF! LEAVING A TRUE LEGACY!

SCOPE OF PROJECT: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- Your biggest weakness in the sales process (what do you struggle with the most?)
- One personal goal you have outside of work
- One professional goal you have for here at work.
BIGGEST WEAKNESS IN THE SALES PROCESS
Self-evaluation can be one of the most difficult tasks an individual can undertake.
It means to be totally honest with oneself!
And to be honest with oneself – it means to be critical about what you have created both from a personal and professional perspective. It means that we have to judge ourselves on the decisions we have made that have impacted our lives!!
But as individuals, we must have the ability to drive, the discipline, the focus – each and every day of our lives. It means taking a serious look at each situation – "DAILY" – and what we have created during those moments.
Each moment of our lives we should be THE BEST! Each interaction! Each experience we are tasked with should make an impact!
Self-evaluation (with assistance from close mentors and true allies) is the HIGHEST FORUM to becoming the BEST!
Are we not all in the GAME OF LIFE to become the best?
TO 'LEAVE A LEGACY of GREATNESS' that we know deep within ourselves that we have IMPACTED POSITIVELY the LIVES OF EVEN JUST ONE SOUL??
My biggest SALES PROCESS WEAKNESS?
What do I struggle with the most?
Independent of other feelings, I would consider my personal mission to establish the best RAPPORT possible with that client. And with that, sometimes I will lose focus on the task at hand.
YES!! Hopefully I have turned that weakness into a positive and formed a very long and close BOND with my client. If not, so be it, but I know deep in my heart I have found a way – ANYWAY – to POSITIVELY IMPACT that client’s life!!

PERSONAL GOALS: CREATING THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF!

Staying true to one’s life purpose is the most valuable gift I have even been given.
I have created the life I’ve always desired by staying true to this purpose.
I want to continue to make the right decisions to continue making a positive impact on the lives of others in my personal network, those on my team and those around me!!
I have been given great opportunities in my life and I take personal pride in having the wonderful blessings that I must continue to be a humble gentleman.
Living with Purpose will provide me the PERSONAL POSITIVE GROWTH EXPERIENCES that DRIVE ME more than anything!
In addition, I will continue to have the PROPER GROWTH MINDSET in EACH AND EVERY CATEGORY of my life to become the VERY VERY BEST VERSION OF MYSELF!!

My desire as the most TENURED sales representative in the building is to set an example to the team and management – each and every day!
Then given the opportunity, to coach and story tell to provide positive insights on the vast experiences I have been given in my lifetime!! To learn! To build! To be supportive! To work as a cohesive machine that will be the defining example for the corporation!
If I do this and in coordination with the team – MEETING AND EXCEEDING set goals and measurements – should be NO PROBLEM!!
