You Are Not Your Body.

Dresden, 1930

The sky was shrouded in heavy clouds, and the afternoon light barely filtered between the buildings, casting everything in a silvery gray hue.

A man in his thirties, with sharp features and an elegant air, stood in front of the entrance to the Theater Aurora, a Neo-Baroque structure that stood out among the damp streets of the city center. His name was Eduard Heller.

His dark overcoat hung from his shoulders in an impeccable fold, and a wool scarf wrapped around his neck fluttered slightly in the icy late-winter wind.

He approached the noticeboard at the entrance to pass the time.

On the poster, printed in decorative golden letters, it read:

FRABATO – THE MAGICIAN

A surprising show of illusion and clairvoyance

Start: 5:00 PM”

Below, in smaller print:

Limited seating – One-time performance in Dresden

The golden letters stood out against a midnight-blue background, and below the title was a mysterious black-and-white figure: a man with a hypnotic gaze and a small, enigmatic smile.

Eduard gave a faint, ironic smile, then reached into the inside pocket of his coat and pulled out a pocket watch.

It was 5:10 PM. He sighed.

Late, as always…

He turned nervously toward the street. His foot began tapping irregularly on the cobblestone — a gesture that always betrayed his impatience.

Just then, a carriage turned the corner, its wheels splashing up dirty water.

Eduard immediately recognized the woman inside: Elisabeth.

When the carriage stopped, he approached quickly and extended his hand to help her down, trying to mask his tension with a formal smile.

Sorry I’m late”, she said, adjusting her black-feathered hat.

Shall we go?

They stepped inside the theater briskly.

The hall was already packed. Soft lights illuminated the red velvet-covered walls. A dense, almost hypnotic silence filled the air.

On stage, a man stood in front of a table covered with a dark blue cloth. There was also a chair — empty.

Eduard observed the man on stage: he wore no capes or pointed hats. He dressed elegantly but plainly, and his face was ordinary, almost anonymous.

Is this the great Frabato? I expected a cloak... a more magnetic aura... something that sparkled”.

But they were already there, and the show had barely begun. They silently took their assigned seats.

Perhaps they had already missed something, because at that moment, a man from the audience rose and approached the stage.

He carried a chain with a small pendant, which he handed to Frabato with slightly trembling hands.

The magician took it gently and touched it with his fingers, remaining still for a few moments.

For several seconds, nothing happened. The silence in the room was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

Then Frabato spoke:

This object... belonged to a woman named Meredith. It was given to her by her husband on their first anniversary. She wore it every day. Never took it off.”.

The audience held its breath.

The man on stage turned pale.

When he died, she never remarried. Before leaving this world, she held this necklace tightly in her hands — as if she could still hold her beloved husband’s hand. And so it was, in peace and with a smile on her lips. Now the two are reunited. They are together.”

The man could no longer hold back his tears. He took back the pendant and whispered a thank you.

A wave passed through the hall. The audience, skeptical until a moment before, was now completely enraptured.

If earlier no one dared approach the stage, now there were too many volunteers.

Eduard turned to Elisabeth. “It’s your turn. Go.” She hesitated, then nodded with a deep breath.

She opened her handbag and pulled out an old pocket watch that had belonged to her father. She climbed the stage, slightly timid, and handed the watch to Frabato.

The magician closed his eyes and held it in his hands.

This watch belongs to your father. You’re very worried. You think the worst has happened, but you can rest easy. Your father is not dead”, he said.

His journey was more complicated than expected. He’s on his way back.

His words echoed through the hall with the solemnity of a prayer.

Elisabeth remained still, but gratitude for the renewed hope shimmered in her eyes.

Frabato continued calling volunteers to the stage. He spoke of dreams, visions, forgotten memories.

How did he know such things? What was his trick?

No trick. No stage illusion. Only inner truths that no one else could know.

It was psychometry.

It was the energetic memory imprinted on objects.

Frabato read what was recorded over time — like an invisible record that played only for him. He returned those memories to the person, in a gesture that seemed almost sacred.

This scene, inspired by the historical and mysterious figure of Franz Bardon (1909–1958), known as Frabato, is not fictional.

It was written to illustrate how even the humblest object carries an energetic truth. It’s not fantasy — it’s a recognition that everything is energy, and energy has memory. And it’s this very insight that opens the heart of the article:

The human body is not a biological machine that breaks and gets repaired.

It is a field of living energy, constantly interacting with emotions, the environment, thoughts, and beliefs.

Symptoms like fever, malaise, or pain are not mistakes — they are messages. They are the voice of the energy within you.

So...

If even an object can “speak,” what is your body saying every day? What stories are written in your cells? And how many of them can you rewrite?

For too long, we’ve treated the body as a machine — a biological mechanism to fix, repair, or replace.

  • An organ not working? Take a pill.
  • A damaged part? Remove it, replace it.
  • Pain? Silence it quickly — ideally without thinking too much.

But even science now begins to acknowledge: the body does not work like a machine.

Our ancestors already knew this, as shown by ancient traditions like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — traditions that never separated the physical from the invisible, the organ from the emotion, the matter from the energy.

Today, the human body is increasingly recognized as a complex energy system, in which every thought, emotion, or experience leaves a mark — a vibration, a trace.

If we truly want to restore health, we can no longer ignore this dimension.

Emotions are energy. And the body stores them. If you’ve ever felt a strong emotion, you know it’s not just abstract.

  • Fear freezes you.
  • Anger inflames you.
  • Sadness weighs on your chest.
  • Shame robs your voice.

These aren’t poetic metaphors. They are physical experiences, involving the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems — and something subtler still.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, each emotion corresponds to an organ:

• Anger harms the liver

• Fear weakens the kidneys

• Worry burdens the spleen

• Sadness contracts the lungs

• Overexcitement disturbs the heart

In Ayurveda, emotions affect the vital energies governing the body:

Vata (air + ether) is disrupted by anxiety

Pitta (fire) explodes with anger

Kapha (water + earth) becomes stuck in melancholy and attachment

When these emotions are not expressed, processed, or understood — they don’t disappear. They remain in the body.

They create congestion, stagnation, heat or cold — and over time, contribute to symptoms, disorders, or disease.

Treating the symptom is not enough if the cause still lives.

We can take antacids for gastritis, painkillers for back pain, sleeping pills to rest. But if we don’t dissolve the emotional tension behind the discomfort, the root remains. And the body will find another way to make itself heard.

Because the body does not forget.

The body records. And every symptom that emerges is a message — not a mistake. When we don’t listen, the body doesn’t give up: It repeats the message.

  • Louder.
  • Clearer.
  • Closer.

Even abdominal fat is a message — not just stored tissue.

Have you noticed how many people struggle with belly fat?

  • Even those who eat well.
  • Even those who exercise.
  • Even those at a healthy weight.

That bloating, that fat around the midsection, seems stuck — like it refuses to leave. And what if I told you it’s not just about metabolism? What if that stubborn belly fat were the result of a deep energetic blockage?

According to traditional medicine — it is.

That belly is influenced by organs weighed down by chronic emotions like anger, fear, frustration, or anxiety.

When those organs are overwhelmed, the body slows down, holds on, and accumulates in the waist.

Recently I wrote an article: “Can’t Lose Belly Fat? It Might Be More Than Just a Surface Problem” In it, I explain why abdominal fat forms and how to release it.

The body is a flow. We can no longer ignore it.

This isn’t just about belly fat. It’s about the entire organism. Every system, every cell, every subtle response.

The body is not an object. It’s not a machine.

It’s a living energy field, constantly flowing to and from the outside world. It absorbs emotions, reacts to environments, responds to thoughts, and reshapes itself around memories.

Every symptom is just the visible surface of a deeper movement — or stagnation. That’s why, if we truly want to restore mind-body wellness, we need a new paradigm. It’s not enough to suppress pain, contain a symptom, or “fix” an organ.

We must return to listening.

Looking inward.

Honoring that invisible body made of waves, emotions, and memory.

Only then can the visible body truly heal.

As you can see, our energy shapes the environment — and is shaped by it.

That’s why it’s crucial to choose mindfully:

  • Where you live.
  • Who you live with.
  • What work you do.
  • And most importantly, who you choose as your life partner.

Every choice is an energetic signature.

Every choice builds — or erodes — your health, your balance, your vitality.

It’s time to stop ignoring the signs.

Your energy is your true home.

  • Protect it.
  • Nourish it.
  • Honor it.
