You should not eat lots of goat meat, red wine, processed cheese, lentils, kidney beans, seafood, organ meat, beans, cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, peas, mushrooms, etc. Consuming these things in excess increases uric acid.

Treatment of Ayurvedic 

1. Substances like watermelon, papaya, and oatmeal are also helpful in this.

2. Eat 3 walnuts and almonds every night before sleeping.

3. Consumption of cherries is beneficial if there is a complaint of high uric acid. By consuming it, the blockages are opened and uric acid is also reduced.

5. Celery Seed Extract

10. Mix 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it with 1 glass of lukewarm milk.
