The Computer Upgrade That Doesn't Always Cost A Thing
Yes, you read that title right but there is nothing to download here. Relieved yet? What I'm talking about is the computer that is inside all of us, our heart and brain that is like the motherboard that paves the way for us to do what we do everyday.

Its Copper Anemia Not Iron Anemia!

In a Perfect World
My name is Jessica, and my passion is healthcare. No matter where I am or who I talk to, I am at my most fulfilled when I am helping others reduce the amount of pain they are experiencing in their life. From mental health to massage therapy, my goal is to learn every possible modality to help ease the suffering of others. I believe that people are best able to express themselves when they are not in pain, and that easing the pain of others is some of the most transformative work that we can do in our communities and as a people.

Helping Make Fitness Stick
In my early thirties, I had a strained relationship with exercise. One might go as far as to say we were not on speaking terms. But I was also uncomfortable with how out of shape I was. I longed to lose weight and be “skinny and attractive.”

How Being Sick Changed My Life
In January of 2020, I got really sick. It was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life. I called my primary provider to speak with a nurse just to get ahead of some of the symptoms I was experiencing. This was a feeling I have never felt before and it affected every part of my body. I had internal and external pain, and severe headaches. It got to a point where I had to take myself to emergency care. They had no idea what it was, and neither did anyone I shared this with. This severe pain lasted for about two weeks and I still went to work and school. I had no business going to either place, knowing I was incapable of standing up longer than 2 minutes.
