spirituality
Concerning and exploring the human spirit and soul.
Spirituality – The Missing Piece In Mental Health Jigsaw Puzzle
Spirituality starts with sincere practice of self-awareness. This process of self-awareness, which in colloquial terms is often referred to as “listening to the heart” involves introspection and learning from life lessons, perceiving and being true to emotions, accepting and owning responsibility, making clear choices and do all these while being content and passionate about life. Spirituality teaches us to strive for progress within. The key is to understand and follow its universal principles. We become aware that we have no ownership of results and that material gain or loss is a mere by-product. While following principles of spirituality, we appreciate that we may go wrong in this human world but we will not go wrong in the cosmic or spiritual world.

Spirituality as Energetic Continents
I was searching for a sparkly dress. I was a member of a choir that was traveling. Something was going on deeply with me and my personal relationships. I was more concerned about my friendships, particularly with men, than the actual going-ons of the choir.

Ase
Water rushing on all sides. The cooling affects of god and the divine mother running through my soul. Love subsiding hate with realizations . A clear mind a clear conscious and a new beginning . Abundance all around especially when you realize and radiate from inside . Abundance was never searched for it was there waiting . Flowing to the growth from root to tip and tip to flower. The most beautiful things need no words. From sky to core . Unlocking the vast multidimension and cultivating not just of stars and clusters but of you and your being. Unlocking your mind to really see and know and to finally be free. Unlocking the so you can be kind and true.

Free Reading #5 for 2022 Mirror Dragon Tarot
Mirror Dragon Tarot Each week when I do these readings I set up my reading space with black fabric (for the photo, mostly but it also allows for and smooth, calm space to focus on the cards) make sure I have undisturbed quiet time; dogs are out, husband is at work/play/store/whatever, phone is off, etc… I begin with a quick grounding meditation and settle into a centered peace to ask for guidance in choosing the cards which will be most appropriate for the week ahead. I shuffle the cards with my intent in mind and spread them in a dealer’s “ribbon spread”. Then with eyes closed, I ask for the Center card, the West card and finally, the East card, reaching out to the spread, touching the cards and choosing the one that feels most fully under my finger tip, then sliding them into their positions. Before opening my eyes I return to a calm, centered state and do my best to sense whether the three cards I’ve chosen are the most fitting for the highest and best for all involved. Only then do I turn them face up and photograph them for the reading. There are times when I see the three cards before me and groan or breathe a sigh of relief but I always use the cards I’ve selected ”blindly”.

What Is Spirituality?
Start writing...Spirituality is the wide idea of believing in something other than oneself. It might include religious traditions centered on the belief in a higher power, but it can also include a holistic belief in an individual's connectedness to others and the planet as a whole.

Spirit guides messages
I want to take a minute to share two of my experiences with my spirit guides and how I get messages from them and what those very precise, distinct messages have been. Back when my spiritual awakening journey started, I started meditating and through a guided meditation, I was put in touch with my spirit guides who I have been told are St. Paul and St. Anthony. I am not Catholic, although I was raised Christian. But as you know, your guides present to you in the manner they want you to see them. Not your choice. So, I was like okay. I read up on them a bit and it made sense. That said, I have been going through a lot of spiritual work, shadow work if you will, and have been directed to focus my energies in certain directions, i.e., writing down and sharing the knowledge they are giving me. But I felt so tired of it all. Sometimes it feels like I am in 24/7 therapy, and although I’ve grown, I just felt so tired. So, I said, “I quit, for now.” I’m tired of writing, I’m tired of pushing myself, I’m just tired. So, in the middle of the night one night, I woke up with the words, 1 Corinthians 12:19 in my head. So, I get up and looked it up. Please understand, I have not read The Bible ever in its entirety, and really do not pay any attention to it. I am not a Bible thumper by any means. I will admit, even though I was confirmed Lutheran, I know nothing about The Bible. Who wrote what, etc. etc. etc.? Nothing, Nada, Nothing. Here is the verse.

Why was Buddha considered pessimistic?
Disclaimer - Some of the spellings used here may be different than what is normally seen, eg. Buddh instead of Buddha, Yog instead of Yoga. This is because the pronunciation in Hindi doesn't contain an 'aa' sound at the end and because of the romanised spelling people tend to mispronounce. It is like calling Adam as Adama or Tom as Toma.

Instead of setting goals, make them a reality.
With 2021 behind us and 2022 beginning off on a sour note (RIP Betty White), it'll only be a matter of time until we start seeing posts about individuals quitting before they even try to work toward their year's objectives. With a pandemic and political turmoil gripping the news almost daily, I can't say I blame anyone for feeling too fatigued to even begin working toward these lofty goals.
