Fly through the veil with the Crow Tarot created by MJ Cullinane. Pay homage to the crows and ravens. Their mystical energy provides the wisdom to guide and connect us to our intuitive powers. The 78 card deck is symbolically reminiscent of the traditional Rider – Waite tarot, my first tarot deck.

All You Need To Know About Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the cognitive model of mental illness, initially developed by Beck (1964). According to the cognitive model people’s emotions are influenced more by the perception of the event rather than the event itself, this perception also dictates how people behave. In other words, people’s emotions and behaviours are influenced by their perception of the event. The situation itself does not determine what people feel but rather how they perceive said situation.

Understanding Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is a form of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) developed by psychologist Albert Ellis in the 1950s. According to Ellis, our thoughts, beliefs and interpretations of an event play an important role in shaping our emotional response to said event, this response is not based on the result of the event. REBT is used to help individuals highlight these irrational beliefs and patterns of behaviour that lead to emotional stress. This knowledge can be used further to make small but effective changes in one’s thought process to mitigate negative responses.

Handling Your Fear
Fear is a basic emotional response we all experience when threatened or in danger. Fear is a feature of your brain’s hardware that is a psychological construct. As soon as you recognize fear, your brain sets off the Amygdala. This tells your nervous system to either freeze in place or run away, depending on the situation. This is known as the fight-or-flight response. Fear can present itself in many ways. Sweating, dizziness, and chills are just a few symptoms you’ll experience. When you handle your fear responses in a friendly, healthy way, it can increase your chances of overall survival. It can also lower your risk of developing an anxiety or stress-related disorder. Here’s how to do just that.

Awful is good. Content Warning.
Certainly. Here's a revised version of your story, focusing on handling the themes with care and responsibility: --- A man takes one last sip of whiskey. He gets in his car and drives to his favorite place, Glenwood Canyon. He arrives, parks his car, takes out a flashlight and a car registration from the glove box, and then unscrews his license plate. He throws his registration and license plate into the river as he walks to a particular spot he and his wife used to spend time at when she was still alive. It’s one of the highest points of the canyon and has an incredible view of the valley beneath it. He has come with the intention of ending his life.
