Mental health and psychology are essential in life extension and leading a healthy and happy life.
The Pain of Anger
I have anger issues. I admit it. The urban dictionary explains them as: "a problem one has controlling his/her temper over trite and trivial concerns." I somewhat agree with this. Not all my concerns that upset me are trivial, but thats not why I'm writing this.

Depression
To me , depression is this stupid made up word that people came up with and just decided that it should mean sadness. I am pretty convinced that I have been depressed my whole life up until now. I did the whole suicide thing , tried to kill myself 3 times. Its so weird when I think back on how sad I was and I still can't believe I tried to commit suicide. It makes me sad to think that I tried to kill myself. I recently became very spiritual , I tried to go to church and do the whole bible study thing. But, it just didn't work for me. I was at this time in my life where I was working two jobs and I was miserable. I will never in my life ever work two jobs ever again.

6 Things to Let Go Before 2018
Tired of swearing that "Next year is MY year!" only to find yourself disappointed and making the same promise to yourself the following holiday season? You should have met the love of your life by now, or started that business, or taken that tropical vacation you've always dreamed of, but year after year you seem to be stuck in the same rut, or maybe you've progressed, but not as much as you had hoped. There is an answer, and it may not be one you want to hear.

Autism and Special Interests
Due to a vast increase in diagnoses of autism (in addition to greater public awareness), children and adults with the condition are widely known to have what has been appropriately termed as “Special Interest”. Special interests are topics of which we have a kind of obsession about, and there may indeed be more than one of them. In my own case it’s the Harry Potter series, as well as an intense interest in my work as a writer and speaker.

Black and White
Michael is bald and I don’t like it. Heads should not shine under the light. It makes me uncomfortable, so Michael wears a hat. It is a nice hat, with a bobble on top. He also wears glasses but I don’t like those because they are not round and they are not square, they are oval and I don’t like that shape because it is like someone has taken a circle and stamped on it.

What Will Tomorrow Bring?
Yesterday's words were unkind, hurtful and terrifying which makes today look scary. It may seem as if the world is against you in many ways and that it is about to collapse at your feet, the world is a bitter place to live in when its negativity comes crashing down, causing nothing but pain to spread within you. Unfortunately we do not pick who gets what, or who deserves more, or even who will wake up the next morning with a simple smile on their face. This world is made of a million different concepts that are planned out ahead of us without us really knowing what tomorrow will bring, however what we do know and must accept is that the true challenge is who will be able to confront whatever it is that may come their way and not only win the battle but also win the war!

Not so Good in the Autism Hood
Autism is a very complex condition and has a vast spectrum with many variants. Among the many variants, you will find autism on the higher end of the spectrum such as Aspergers syndrome, high functioning autism and ADHD. These are very complex variants as the effected person ordinarily has a very high IQ, and some have an intolerance to additives, preservatives and many chemicals making it impossible for them to freely enjoy the treats many take for granted! As a general rule, those with autism lead a very different life to that experienced by many of us, that in itself can bring on a whole new level of stress so it's vital you have the right support when needed. I can only really touch on high functioning autism with any degree of accuracy as my son has this variant of autism. We have had the highs, the lows and everything in between! So I hope you find the following testimony helpful and hopefully it may act as an insight for relevant authorities such as the police, justice system and education system, as awareness is everything and without it you cannot ever hope to engage in protecting your young person! Now, where to begin?!

What Is Asperger's?
I am writing this not only from an educator’s perspective, but also as the mother of a son with Asperger’s. In a way, autism has become my specialist subject. I have not only read widely on the condition, but I have experienced firsthand the challenges and the rewards of living with someone with Asperger’s. I have decided to write this article as recently a minor celebrity appeared on the This Morning television programme with her child, whom she suspected of having Asperger’s syndrome. During the conversation and in front of her child, she referred to him as "odd." I found this horrifying. As challenging as Asperger’s can be, I have never seen it as something negative. I am writing this, therefore, to educate more people about the condition. If Asperger’s individuals are taught in the correct educational environment, then they can become very happy and successful.

Learning with Autism Spectrum Condition
I always felt weird as a child. I was very shy and didn't interact with many kids my age, yet I felt more comfortable with adults and people who were older than I was; the teachers were more appealing to talk to than the kids. I felt isolated from social settings and social interactions, and I still do to this day. Growing up, I felt different from everyone else, more different than anyone else could have ever imagined or understood.
