Eating One Healthy Meal in a Day Transformed My Body in the Long Run
When I was younger, I never cared about what I was eating. Food was a source of pleasure. Eating my emotions away was a daily routine, and french fries and chocolates were an addiction (I could eat an entire plate of fries — I still can).

Understanding the Reality

The Seven Year Old's Perfect Day. Top Story - January 2022.
"What are you new years resolutions?" That used to be me, popping into your DM's like a fire-cracker, and daring you to tempt me with a dizzying display of your new-years resolution list, fully kitted with task prioritisation and plans for your quarterly follow-ups. Manifesting Serenity
Serenity is the state of being at peace, relaxed, and calm. The intention realized is a better way to view a goal rather than through the pressuring guise of a disempowering resolution, that somehow isn't reached. With the intent to restore, and add more serenity into my days, I am focused on doing things I love to alleviate stress, and adding varied meditative or mindful actions into my routine. I am setting aside time for journaling, enjoying music, meditation, and dance therapy. I believe obtaining serenity is one of the best ways to bring restfulness and peace into your life.
