Day 6 of taking turmeric everyday
I might have gum disease. For a few days now, I've suspected that some food is lodged in the air pocket between my gum and the wisdom tooth that's 3/4 out and one part in, rotting. A mere toothbrush wouldn't cut it so today, I finally went out to get a brushpick which is pointed on one end and bristly on the other. Usually used for interdental cleaning, but I really just want to poke around the airpocket and see if I can clean it up that way.

Day 2 of taking turmeric everyday
[Read Day 1 here] There's a pain on my right knee that's been there for a while. It comes and goes. It was never a real concern until that time in my mid 20s when I decided to climb a mountain. Perhaps the way up is not too worrisome. The way that knee was hurting, the descent was a concern. That's how I found out about glucosamine, which is the first supplement I ever bought and took religiously. The moment my training and the actual hike was over, I stopped taking them.

Day 1 of taking turmeric everyday
I have a bottle of turmeric supplements and I don't remember why I bought it in the first place. What I do know is that there are 21 pills left so at the point of purchase, I was eager enough that I consumed over a week's worth of daily doses.
