How to start Self-love?

Have some Alone time

A simple solo date gives you a lot of freshness and happiness. Walk in nature with your dogs. Go for a  long drive listening to your favorite music. Go to a spa and relax for some time. Book a movie and enjoy yourself not in a hurry. Go to places wherever you like to go.

Cherish yourself

It is a very basic level of Self-love. It means what you ate, and how you dress. It doesn't mean eating high-quality nutritious food but eating what you like. You can wind up your house chores by 7. pm and spend some quality time with your loved ones.

Love your body and pay attention to it. Listen to it and feed it when hungry, beautify it when needed like spa, massage, and whatever that will give you self-confidence. Life is to live and only a healthy body can give you a stronger mind.

Always thinking about what they need, what they like or any other will not give you satisfaction in life. Make your own choices alone sometimes. Prioritize your health and well-being.
