Reflective and sensitive

If you're feeling sensitive and wanting to withdraw from everyone, you're not alone, there are a lot of shifts going on in the energy of life.

We have the moon in Cancer and the sun in Pisces, this creates a lot of sensitivity and the need to withdraw, go within and for many that feels like you need to isolate yourself, for others it means they just don’t want to talk, and others want to forget the world exists.

We have now also entered a new age in astrology terms. The age of Aquarius, at the moment, we are still letting go of the old ways of the age of Pisces, and this will take time, but the age of Aquarius is already being felt. We are being asked to look at the old ways of doing things.

Do they feel right?

Do they feel restrictive?

Do they feel it’s been done the same way for generations, and it doesn’t feel right for our time now?

All of this is Aquarius if you feel like you want to throw every belief out, but feel that inner conflict, then you are being asked to realign with yourself.

The new energy coming in is different and many people don’t feel aligned with it.

Why?

This new energy is about being who you are in this life, not who you have been told to be, by society, family, the media, governments or traditions.

This is a time of finding your true self.

We all have boxes to let go of.

Those stories you hear or have heard throughout your life, you know the ones when Aunt So and so says how much like Uncle Such and such you are. Or you remind me so much of your grandad or your uncle.

Or you look and sound so much like blah blah all of these create those stories that we are like someone else, that makes us part of the tribe.

But why can’t any of us be part of the tribe and be our unique selves?

That’s what is happening now.

The community we belong to now or the family that may not quite may not fit us, and you know within yourself that is okay.

This is a time of finding your essence and the individual that is you, seeing through a new perspective and accepting ourselves with all the self love we deserve.

Self-love and heart opening is a key in this, and so is the acceptance that you are an individual and allowed to have individual tastes and mannerisms.

That you aren’t a copy of someone else.

I have been questioning all of this for the past few weeks and taking myself through a process of emptying the overrun mind chatter and I have seen first hand how doing this has helped me sleep a rejuvenating sleep, one that gives me a vitality when I wake up.

By emptying and questioning the beliefs that come up, I see things or do things differently, a shift has begun, the outdated beliefs are surfacing.

I'm not an astrologer, but Astrology has given me a different perspective to see things from, as I tune into the feeling of the planets and the houses and signs, I feel things in a way that no other system has given me except Human Design.

When I then feel into the centres of human design, things come together in a shift in perspective and can show the blocks that have stopped us from finding our essence.

The G centre or identity centre is one centre in the chart that has the feeling of not worthy enough, not good enough, Am I able to be loved, why doesn’t anyone love me etc if you have this centre open, you may be looking for love and direction or purpose your entire life.

But you don’t have to, that is what is so great about this new energy, even as tough as it is to have a self-reflective journey. You are supported by the new energy that is all around us.

Its not going to be easy, at times it will be uncomfortable and emotional but it is exactly what we are all meant to do.

Feel!

As we walk this journey, we are being asked to do things differently, give up the old beliefs and stories and to help others shift into the same way of seeing things.

This won't happen overnight but it will happen. We have spent the last two and a half thousand years with the beliefs and systems of a different age, and as each of us awakens and removes the lens of that astrological age and accepts that the age of Aquarius has dawned and the new ways of doing and seeing things are beginning.

Technology is helping that and in some ways being a guide, in other ways a distraction.

As I feel into this part of the new era, I feel a lot of distrust, but if you look back in history, did people trust the new-fangled contraptions called automobiles, the telephone or the phonograph when it was invented, what about the steam engine, wasn’t that going to put a lot of people out of work. It’s no different throughout history, with the new eras come new ways of doing things, good or bad, it's different.

This is what I mean by the stories of generations, the patterns and conditionings the way things have been done and have been handed down through time.

These are the rules, this is the way it is!

But is it?

I leave you with this to ponder and reflect on.

Is it change that makes you distrust, or is it that this is another story, another pattern of teaching that you are being asked to look into and see if it truly is the truth for you or has it been a story handed down to you?

Even as I sit to here to share this, I am being challenged and asked do i really want change?

My flow is being interrupted by the stream of another persons flow and the things that are important to them.

Is this relevant?

Yes?

Why? Because there is another story to look at, attached to this, another belief around who I am?

Your world or your life will challenge you and put things in your way to disrupt the changing flow.

This is how change is!
