I have discovered a unique way of exercising! Ballet exercises have helped me enormously. You can lose weight by burning fat when doing ballet exercises and poses.

Why not try ballet? It will promote weight loss by helping you to burn fat significantly. I have tried it and I can tell you it has helped me to feel stronger in myself.

Youtube videos

I found some great Youtube videos that I have followed and used. Ballet is a new way of losing weight in my opinion. Do it every day or at least 4 times per week and you will see how it can trim your body perfectly including getting rid of belly fat.

Harvard Medical School states the following:

"A 125-pound person will burn 180 calories in 30 minutes of ballet dancing. A person who weighs 155 pounds will burn 223 calories during the same length of activity."

If you commit yourself to doing ballet regularly, like 4 times per week or every day for around 15 mins to start with, as I do, it can help you lose weight dramatically.

Here is one video that I use for my workout:

Here is another workout for ballet exercise that isn't too hard to do. If you are starting out or new to ballet exercising you can hold on to something like the back of a chair or a rail.

Ballet burns fat fast and that's what I have noticed since doing ballet exercises. The above video is a 15 - 30 minute fat-burning HIIT exercise. Just watch the video and copy all that is shown. Do it regularly if you can to make the fat-burning work. Try to eat healthy meals alongside doing these ballet exercises. You will be surprised how it can bring on enormous energy to your body once you have got into doing ballet exercises regularly. The exercises are easy. Start off with these easy exercises to keep you going before going further with ballet dancing. Don't push yourself too hard at first because you will want to give up. Start with small toe exercises and do them every day to get your balance right.

Anyone can do ballet exercises. I highly recommend it if you need to trim up and lose weight.

Also, check out Shape online for other ballet exercises that I have used. Shape state the following:

"These ballet exercises flow from one to the next with little to no break in between. Complete each exercise in the sequence back-to-back for a total of two to four rounds depending on your fitness level and available time. In total, the workout shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to complete."

Cardi B tried ballet

Cardi B tried ballet for the first time and document her process. The rapper launched a Facebook video here to show everyone what she was doing.

Shape online says:

"The rapper launched a new Facebook Messenger series called Cardi Tries ____, which will show her trying all kinds of new things, from racing stunt cars to teaching kindergarten. In the first episode, she tackles ballet — a completely new style of dance for her, she shares in the episode.

Of course, Cardi did it all with her signature brand of humor. When choreographer Debbie Allen asked if she'd ever done ballet before, the rapper replied, "Well, I used to be a stripper." "

Watch Cardi B attempting to try ballet in the Youtube videos below:

The Cardi B series is an interesting way to follow someone who wants to start doing ballet for exercise. Perhaps, you can watch it and give ballet a chance.

So, there you go. Start your weight loss journey with ballet!
