A Ketogenic Diet
If you are searching for a way to begin to lose weight, cleanse your body in a natural way, or just make a step towards more mindful eating, a ketogenic diet may be for you. A ketogenic diet is comprised of low carb, moderate protein meals that assist you in using the fat you have stored, while simultaneously only feeding your body things that it can use for maximum efficiency. Following a ketogenic diet isn’t difficult, and rather than a health-related, many think of it as an approach to a healthy lifestyle that happens to help your body rid itself of negatives. Ketosis helps promote a number of healthy, natural body functions that you biologically do without mindfully focusing on them, including an improved immune system, maximizing your good cholesterol and minimizing your bad, reducing blood pressure, eliminating water weight and stored fats, and improving brain function. Ketosis is a rather particular diet plan that may or may not be for you, depending on your health.

Falling Water
Meditation is the pathway by which we bring unity between the conscious and subconscious parts of the mind. This practice can be done several ways, but I have found one way to be the most beneficial to me. It is not an easy meditation to do successfully, but even an incomplete attempt is thoroughly refreshing, physically and mentally.

How to Lose Fat at Home
Body Fat vs. Body Weight People often get weight and fat confused, and it’s not hard to learn the difference. Body weight is weight from your bones, fat, muscles, and anything that weighs you down. Body fat is weight that only includes fat. For example, if your weight is 150 pounds (68 kgs), 5'5" tall (1.65 meters), and your BMI is 24, you will have a body weight of 150 pounds (68 kgs) and body fat of 36 pounds (16.3 kgs) on average.

Stress Management
Stress can be cured by not indulging in nicotine, caffeine, or alcohol. I was a functional alcoholic for years before I decided to quit drinking altogether. This helped a lot, including my use of medications. To this day, I do not touch alcohol. Stress generally causes those who suffer from it to feel tense or wound up from the anxiety that stress can cause. Exercise can help improve your mood, at least 30 minutes a day can help. I don’t know much about relaxing my muscles either, which I need to do more along with feeling my feelings. I’m trying to do that whole, eat enough protein thing too.

Give Yourself More Energy!
Don't end up walking around like a zombie by noon. Go to sleep early! This should be a given, right? I know, I know, you've heard it a million times. It's probably the truest thing you will ever hear, though. The earlier you go to sleep, the more the sleep is worth. Between the hours of nine and ten, your sleep is equal to three or four hours! So while you're only getting, say, six hours of sleep, it will feel like way more. Between eleven and two, your body is in its deepest sleeping state, which is also when it does its daily body cleaning and what gives you the most energy. When you hit three to six, one hour of sleep is only equal to about fifteen minutes, which is basically nothing! Get to sleep earlier. Seriously, it really does help.

The Time I Was Diagnosed with a Major Spine Condition
Hello everyone, I hope that you are all well. When I was 12 years old I was diagnosed with Scoliosis (a curvature of the spine). This diagnosis came after I spent a week or two gardening at school, carrying around heavy bags of soil and other such things, which caused me a lot of back pain and stiffness. In fact, I was in so much pain, and found it so hard to move, that my mum had to start helping me bath again. Additionally, it was when I was in the bath and my mum was washing my hair for me that she noticed that one half of my back was sticking out more than the other. After noticing this she took me to the doctor who said it was probably Scoliosis but I needed an x-ray to be sure. So he referred me to a back specialist, I got an x-ray and was officially diagnosed.
