My Life with Chronic Illness
I grew up on a small farm in rural Kentucky and probably spent more time in the fields then I did in my home. I ran wild in the hills and woods, and loved every minute of it. I don't think that I had so much as a cold growing up, so when I was struck with a mystery illness at the age of 21, seemingly in the prime of my life, my world stopped and very nearly ended.

What Is a Miasm?
Miasms are group energy patterns in a family system that are hard to get rid of. They are brown spots in the red field that surrounds your body, as a cross-stitch pattern in your field (63). Miasms are interlocked in your energy field and have pulsing threads. It keeps you bound in a pattern you cannot get rid of easily except by asking for healing from the Divine. Miasms are a part of energetic anatomy if you hang on to it, though. The miasm comes from an ancestor who was involved in a tragic event that occurred in the remote past.

Don't Hide from Your Condition
It’s hard to admit that something is wrong with your body or even your mind. It took me a long time to admit that I had vaginismus. Reading about it online, prior to being officially diagnosed, was horrifying to say the least. I couldn’t comprehend how a trigger, that I couldn’t even discern, was causing my body to be in physical pain. I would think to myself, “How is this a real thing and how can it possibly be fixed?”

What Kind of Yoga Is Right for You?
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating in India. While many view the practice as merely an exercise, it stems much further than that. A key component of yoga is performing physical routines to keep the body toned, but breath control, meditation, emotional control, and a healthy lifestyle are also important. Yoga has many benefits to both mind and body, including better posture and digestion, improved strength, peace of mind, eased pain, and increased lung capacity, oxygen flow to the brain, and flexibility. Yoga will leave you feeling grounded and more in tune with your life.

4 Good Reasons to Keep Exercising During Vacation
A vacation is a treat we give ourselves for working hard all year long. Though it is a time to relax and unwind, it is also the time when we are most likely to break from routine. A little vacation from waking up early in the morning might do you good, but it can also cause some harm. Though you can always reset your alarm to wake you up early after your vacation is over, it is much harder to restart some habits; for example, exercising regularly. Skipping on working out while on you're on vacation can even jeopardize the fitness progress results you worked so hard on.

Water—Is Liquid Gold?
The best way that I can put is that every time that we turn on the tap, or drink that bottle of water, wash off our fruit, with clean water this is a luxury that too many of us are taking for granted. "Ten percent of American homes squander 90 gallons of water on a daily basis." It makes me wonder what am I doing or unaware of when I turn on my tap or run my clothes through the washer. So, if you are anything like me I wonder how can I get more aware of our natural life source? And how can I do my part in preserving it for the good of our human race?

Gemstone Elixirs
I used to be the very anti-medication sort of person that I rant about on here. Vaccines are bad for you, etc. I know something of gemstone elixirs, give or take the way I have used them in the past. Gemstone elixirs can be stored indefinitely as making them is claimed to be easy. Some stones can actually have poisons in their actual substance that makes up the stone itself. Quartz is said to amplify the charges you are trying to imbue with the water. You need to use dark-colored glasses in brown or blue to put the gemstones in while you are making the water so you can actually drink it.
