Reason First: Dr. Sebi's Blind Alley
Medical professionals considered Dr. Sebi a phony and a fake. He allegedly told people that AIDS did not arise from HIV. Allegedly, he cured forms of cancer and became a healer to those yearning to be freed from a given malady.

Influences of Dental Health
The first thing people see when first meeting another is their smile. In a way, it is a first impression. Seriously, Do Your Physical Therapy Exercises
When you get hurt and need to see a physical therapist, take it seriously. Seriously. I tore a ligament in my knee when I was 14 playing water polo, and was assigned to a physical therapist for months. Being an edgy teen, lying on my back for 15 minutes a day, and learning to re-bend my knee joint was just too much (insert melodramatic expression here). It’s been almost ten years, and my knee is still giving me trouble, as a result of my ignorance and laziness back then.

My Fitness Journey
Y’all, this is me. I can’t believe I ever got that unhealthy. I don’t like the word fat, but it’s fairly accurate. After having our first son, I stopped working out almost entirely. Being active duty military, I still had to meet certain requirements. I still met them, but I didn’t exceed them by any means. Once I hit this low point, (left photo) I decided it was time to get healthy. However, I didn’t know what my goal was. My inspiration came from my oldest son, who firmly believes that I am Captain America. I decided I wanted to cosplay the star spangled man with the plan, but I didn’t want to be one of the chubby heroes at Comic-Con. I wanted to be the type of guy that my son could still believe in. So, I started out rough. I have free access to a gym on base, but I figured if I’m paying for it I’m more likely to use it. So I got my planet fitness membership. It was slow going at first. I was barely able to bench 90 pounds. I couldn’t curl more than like 20 pounds. I was out of shape and not anywhere close.

But what about a honey that is produced in another country half way around the world? What sort of benefits could one expect to have from such a far off honey? The answer may surprise you.

Random Act of Kindness
Random Act of Kindness My glucometer broke. It broke the Thursday before my birthday. I knew it wasn’t the battery. I knew I had to replace the whole thing. As soon as I put the test strip in and saw an abnormally high number, I knew I had to check it again. After having breakfast, and taking my medication, an hour later, I checked my glucose again. I got an even higher number the second time. I knew at that point, that my glucometer had broken.

Easily Bored? This Is What You Should Focus on While Jogging
No matter how motivated you are, and how determined you are to make running an integral part of your life, you’re going to become bored with your regular run. You may think it won’t when you first start out, but try keeping the momentum going for months or years. Anyone would struggle with that.

Quick Posture Guide to Check Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself
Firstly, let’s start with the basics. Our bodies are designed to move. If you aren’t moving, then it is not going to perform as it should. When we sit for long periods of time, or stand still for too long, this can cause the body to seize up and create pain. You may have felt this feeling, maybe at work, watching your favourite sports team, or even when you wake up in the morning.

If We Listen to Our Body, It Will Tell Us the Unexpected
As strange as it may sound when something terrible happens, or whatever rejection we get, that small little crack inside our body 'hurts' in that place that we didn't even realise we had. And I am not talking about death, whom sorrow belongs to the cycle of life, but the common everyday roadblocks, such as discouraging moments, disillusions, unrequited love, just to name a few.
