Plants That Help You Breathe
The introduction of plants into your home, although isn’t a recent one, is becoming increasingly popular for more than its aesthetics. For centuries plants have been used for a variety of medicinal purposes, including breathing conditions such as asthma and bronchitis. Nowadays, with the increase of smaller living spaces, modern high rise building blocks, air conditioning, plug in air fresheners filled with chemicals, as well as our hard and soft furnishings being made from synthetic materials, good air flow, and protection from indoor air pollution is seen as somewhat hard to come by.

Can Women Be Just as Fit as Men?
One thing that men and women will often notice if they are spending a lot of time working out together is the fact that they often get different results from the same types of workout routines. One question that this raises is whether or not women can be as fit as men. At face value, it does often seem that men have an easier time in achieving the fitness levels that they are aiming for, but much of this observation may only be a surface level thing. How Spirit Led Me to the Discovery of My Life Purpose
I have always been an artsy person since I can remember; my childhood toys were brushes, easels, pastels, oils and music instruments (although the little tomboy in me also requested bikes, roller skates and video games). Within a very toxic family environment, I would spend my days creating choreographies, singing my lungs out, writing songs, but especially crafting and painting. It was a matter of evading reality, and art was the perfect escape back then.
