Healing at an Artisan Fair
10-ish years ago, I suffered a triad of athletic injuries. First, I tore all the ligaments in my shoulder during a tennis forehand. Second, I tore all the ligaments in my ankle during a tennis dash to the deep far right of the court. And a year later, I tore my hamstring while doing the splits in yoga. No irony there.

Introducing the New Podcast!
I have exciting news! I am announcing a new podcast that I am hosting and introducing. The new podcast that I have created is called The Mage’s Circle. People who are not magical but are curious in spirituality are, what I like to call, “no mag," the popular term coined by J. K. Rowling‘s famous novels of the Fantastic Beasts Series, where basically it’s people who are not healers, not spiritual, but are interested in spiritual concepts, but have no interest in practicing them, but want to learn more.

Stress triggers an annoying pain in shoulders, neck, head, and back that never seems to end. Meditation can help, but not everyone has the patience to do so. The time for a healing massage or the cash to get mental treatment may not be a resource for everyone.
