There’s no doubt in the fact that fitness is very beneficial for anyone who gets into it, but do people really know all the benefits that it brings? It’s not all about looking physically good; it’s about the way it improves your health and your mind. While at some level, we’re all aware of these benefits, not all of us choose to take advantage of them. One month sober and sugarless - how I'm feeling
I've made it to 31 days free of processed sugar and booze, so I wanted to document how it's been and how I'm truly feeling about it all. Not just for my own reflective purposes, but in case this account helps anyone else who is thinking of cutting either of these things out of their lives for a while to decide whether they want to or not.

Numerology - Calculating your Core Numbers
Your Core Number Chart consists of your Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge and your birthday number. Your life path number is the most important and powerful number in your chart, it’s the contract you agreed with your spirit guide before this life time, it’s the central focus in your life, it represents your chosen areas for development in this incarnation, this means that the achievement of this path is not going to be easy. This path is not a talent, it’s your added potential talent, if you weren’t up for the task, you wouldn’t have it in your life path, it’s your lesson and your chosen evolution for this incarnation. You may experience problems on the journey to this path but that’s the whole point, your ultimate goal in this life is to overcome the difficulties and transcend them. You may just have one number for your life path, or you may have a life path that includes steps or sub lessons like this 34/7. The number furthest to the right is your ultimate life path number 34/7, the two numbers to the left are your steps to help you achieve your life path. The most important of your steps or sub lessons is the number closest to the forward slash 34/7. Your individual life path is made totally individual by the sub lessons and all the other numbers in your chart, they all have an influence in the flavour of you, like the choice of herbs in a meal.

Getting Cryo Cold
Cryotherapy is becoming a familiar term with whole-body cryotherapy locations beginning to bloom on every block of major cities. I first became interested in cryotherapy based on reviews of the therapy, especially being someone interested in trying new things, so I signed the waiver online and booked my appointment. I can barely remember my first experience but felt like a “fish out of water” given the natural flow of everyone else in the studio. When my three minutes started, I stepped in a vertical, cylinder- shaped tank where I was lifted higher into the place where I handed over my robe and was face to face with the tech. I understood the need for a watchful eye but did not understand why the tech needed to be standing on a stool face to face with me, asking questions the entire time. I left feeling somewhat invigorated but also that I had missed out on the experience due to the chit-chatting with a stranger about my day that had barely begun while they were face to face with me, naked. I was left with no desire to return.

The Opioid Crisis Is Punishing Those with Real and Serious Conditions
She’s experienced this since her high school days in the 1980’s. And even then she started seeing a chiropractor on a frequent basis. This proved for quite some time to be an effective way of helping her with most of the pain she experiences. But as she got older, pain management became an even trickier task. Now, as her pain has gotten significantly worse and most other forms of relief have shown to be useless, medication has become a necessary factor in her life. However, due to the recent opioid crisis, obtaining the medication found proven to keep her living a productive and normal life has taken jumping through hoops and a lot of judgement from doctors and society altogether to receive. It’s imperative that we take the necessary steps to keep the number of opioid addictions and opioid related deaths down. But I’ve attended enough doctors appointments and emergency room visits by my mothers side to know that treating people with chronic pain like drug addicts is neglectful.

A Beginner's Dive into Yoga + Meditation
The yoga world can appear really intimidating. Modern media depicts thin, fit practitioners with their ankles behind their ears and balancing on their heads. I get why a lot of people feel like they “can’t” do yoga! But that’s unfortunate, because the physical strength is such a small part of this greater lineage of practices for your body and your mind. I’ve been practicing for over five years and I still struggle with headstands! That doesn’t mean you can’t try yoga.

Why A Plane Can Paralyze A Person
Sudden paralysis of half of the face and ear pain - these symptoms were manifested in a man who flew on a plane with Professor Alan Hunter from the University of Oregon of Health and Science. The reason was not a stroke, as originally assumed, but only pressure drops. Hunter spoke about the condition that threatens airplane passengers and scuba divers in an article in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine.
