Water
The amount of water inside the human body is almost half to three-quarters full. Looking at it from an automobile perspective, it is like bringing your vehicle to the gas station. Then taking the nozzle and filling the car a half tank to three-quarters full. However, the difference is the driver must maintain that tank level of gas for the vehicle to run efficiently. That example is somewhat similar to the water inside of the human body. The only difference is most cars can go below a quarter tank and still run smoothly. However, the water within the human body is so unique that humans have no idea how they maintain that level. There may be one out of every hundred people that know the amount of water they drink by the ounce per day.

Free Weekly Reading Mirror Dragon Tarot #16, 2020
All three cards this week are from the minor Arcana plus each is from a different suit. What all that tells me is that this will be a week of focusing on the things we have full say in the outcome and control of and that are happening in our immediate sphere. Appropriate since that’s what most of us are dealing with at the moment.

THE SEA WITCHES BOOK OF SHADOWS

THE SEA WITCHES BOOK OF SHADOWS
INTRODUCTION Most people have an idea of what ocean witches and sea witchcraft are and it seems as if, like the village witch, the sea witch has been recognized as a solitary powerful path by the general community and wider world at large. But of course sea witchcraft is not limited to solitary practitioners, I live in a seaside town in the southwest and I know of two different sea witch and water covens in this area and a few more around the globe, but it seems that sea witches are inclined to carve their own path, similar to the way a river might carve its own path through stones. Water witches, like the Sea Witch, are drawn to the water. Water witches are drawn not only to the ocean, but they feel and answer the call of river water, lake water, canals, the spring and winter rains, even the morning dew. Like the sea, these bodies of water are seductresses, the passion of knowledge, and lust of life are all held within the deep particles of water. They pull at our heart strings and torture our spirits; pining and raging like an ocean caught storm. It’s the seduction of the mysterious water, the known and the unknown, the pull of the mermaids, the pirates, and the creatures of the deep.

Dear Healthcare Providers
Dear Dr. K., Dr. M., Dr. P., When I was a kid, I thought I could never be like you. You who put my grandma on a waitlist to get better. She was almost there, but then she passed away because you didn’t see that there was something wrong with her. You who failed to see that my mom had a severe kidney infection and sent her home, only to have her come back in a few days in severe pain and needing to be hospitalized overnight. You who refused to see my godmother when she was pregnant because she was “too high risk”. You could have said your caseload was full but you belittled her and made her feel unfit until she ran out crying. You who denied giving me birth control because “the condom gets the job done”, ignoring the pain I was in when menstruating.

Mindfulness and Yoga Exercises for Kids
The coronavirus pandemic has put our everyday lives on hold, forcing schools to close and kids to spend most of their time inside at home. Even if they have an outdoor space like a backyard available to them, your kid(s) might be starting to go a bit-stir crazy (as you may be, as well).
