We live in troubling times. It seems impossible to plan for the future. Many are living in isolation. Others are working overtime. However long it takes, we will return to normal. Kong Fit Club: Work(out) From Home
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in quarantine thus far, it’s just how important community truly is. I don’t know about you, but I have definitely upped my screen time by watching Instagram Lives of those from both my personal life and public figures from all walks of life around the world. Getting a glimpse into someone’s personal life (and home) and seeing that they are going through the exact same struggles as you is ironically comforting. It levels the playing field and brings a sense of connection everyone can feel, even through our screens.

Reduce Stress During Social Distancing
With the well-known COVID-19 pandemic, it’s no secret that many individuals are experiencing higher than usual stress and anxiety levels. This is a strange time for all of us, and not knowing what’s to come can lead to feelings of hopelessness and increased stress. For some, their usual coping mechanisms have been temporarily taken away due to the widespread social distancing orders: traveling, visiting friends or family, even going to the bar for a couple drinks. Finding new ways to cope with this uncertainty can be a grueling process, but self-care is a top priority in times like this. Let’s take a look at a few different coping mechanisms that can be done from the comfort of one’s home, or six feet away from others.

Best at home fitness apps
This is a tough time for everyone there's no denying that. But desperate times do call for desperate measures and just because we are all stuck in quarantine due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak doesn't mean we get to slack off. (Ok we do a little bit). Perhaps it's my new found motivation since being on Trikafta... or perhaps it's because I'm stuck at home with nothing else to do... or it could simply be my narcissistic personality shining through as I pretend to be a tip-top person. Nevertheless, as I have nothing better to do i decided to try and improve my exercise regime. I don't have enough will power to do it on my own so I bless modern technology and use apps. Here are some of my favourites fitness apps that I have been using even pre-isolation:
