There's no denying that eggs are a top choice when it comes to a delicious and healthy breakfast. Eggs are packed with essential nutrients - but there's also the myth that they're high in cholesterol.

Eat a boiled egg in the morning, after a while how will your body change?

1. You will feel energized

Eating eggs for breakfast will give you the energy to work or exercise all morning.

Sean Allt, nutrition coach at Innovative Fitness (USA) said: "The combination of protein and fat in eggs makes them a great energy food. Protein in eggs digests more slowly than carbohydrate-rich foods. Moreover, eggs also contain vitamin B12, which helps provide a stable source of energy for several hours after eating."

2. Your immune system will be boosted

Eggs are rich in vitamins A, D and E, all of which are key to maintaining healthy immune system function.

According to American nutritionist Paul Claybrook: Eggs also contain a lot of selenium - a powerful antioxidant that acts as an immune booster.

3. Your brain will function better

Eggs are rich in choline, a nutrient essential for brain structure and function, Claybrook says. Eggs are also a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, important fats that can boost brain function.

4. Reduce inflammation

Did you know that these omega-3 fatty acids can not only reduce the risk of heart disease, but also reduce inflammation in the body? Claybrook points out that eggs have a significant amount of these healthy fats. When inflammation is reduced, we prevent heart disease, arthritis, and even Alzheimer's disease.

5. Skin and hair will improve

Eggs are a rich source of both protein and biotin – both of which promote hair growth, so it's safe to say that eating them daily can help you achieve longer, healthier hair.

Additionally, eggs are rich in antioxidants, which help fight free radicals that damage cells, so eat eggs every day to maintain youthful skin.

6. You will lose weight better

"Eggs are a nutrient-dense food and a source of both protein and fat, which helps keep you fuller longer," explains Allt.

As mentioned earlier, eggs also contain choline, which will boost metabolism, including the breakdown of fat so it can be used as an energy source. This in turn, aids in better weight loss."

According to experts, unless you have heart disease or diabetes, eating eggs every day is completely safe.

"If you have diabetes or heart disease and are concerned about the possible negative effects of eating eggs, limiting your intake to six eggs per week or less will still benefit your health. However, I always recommend consulting your doctor before eating. If you are healthy, eggs do not appear to pose any health risks," said coach Sean Allt.
