Coffee and weight loss have been debated many times without a finalize agreement but I believe I have all the basics down. Learn how coffee is beneficial for weight loss and healthy living.

Drinking coffee for health and weight loss, like many other themes and issues in the health and weight loss sector, I believe has been left unresolved, with a growing controversy every day. People with a variety of viewpoints, whether prejudiced or unbiased, have made it extremely difficult to reach a consensus on this matter. So, based on all of my research, study, and experimentation, I feel I've discovered the impartial truth about drinking coffee for health and weight reduction.

I'd want to start by dispelling some common misconceptions about coffee that have been proven to be false. So, let me quickly dispel these falsehoods.

Basic Myths of Coffee!

For starters, caffeine does not raise the risk of coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, liver injury, pancreatic cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, breast cancer incidence, or some forms of malignancies. When coffee is consumed in moderation, it actually reduces the risks or has no effect on various health concerns.

Second, there's the notion that coffee is classified as a narcotic because of its addictive, stimulant, and mood-altering properties. Without moderation and discipline, these things can become a problem, but as one of the healthiest liquids available, I would rather people drink coffee than soda pop or sugar drinks.

Third, drinking too much coffee causes an increase in urine secretion of key minerals like magnesium, potassium, and salt, as well as a significant loss of vitamin B1. These minerals and vitamins are critical for our bodies' health, which is why I like to bring up a few tests that have been done to help explain a few things. These tests revealed that coffee drinkers ingest an average of 8 to 14 percent more minerals and vitamins than non-coffee drinkers. I'm not sure if coffee drinkers eat well or not, but their mineral and vitamin losses are compensated for through meals and daily multivitamins.

These misconceptions have influenced the debate over whether coffee is beneficial or not for healthy living and weight loss. I must emphasize that anything in excess is harmful for you, so when people say coffee is terrible for you, I can usually think of ten worse things they might be doing instead of drinking coffee.

Now that we are pasted that, let us focus on the advantages and disadvantages of coffee.

The Advantages:

• Coffee is actually one of the healthiest beverages billions of people consume on a regular bases.

• Coffee containing with bitter orange, hydroxy citric acid, and chromium can encourage an increase up to 30% in metabolic rate.

• Coffee with exercise when taking 300mg of coffee averages a 20% increase in energy and fatigue while burning fat increased 107% greater than without having caffeine.

• Caffeine in coffee keeps our brains alert and receptive of new information.

• Regular consumption of coffee decreases the risk of type 2 diabetes and many other health risks.

The Disadvantages:

• When coffee is consumed in excessive amounts, it can be addictive, it stimulates, and it can also be a mood charger.

• A large amount of coffee or caffeine consumed all at once can have a negative affect on blood sugar levels that influences fat burning, could change into storing fat.

• Too much coffee over time can stain your teeth.

It's hard to be worried about the few disadvantages when moderation can solve it all by simply doing these simple tasks.

Step 1: Coffee clean up,

Coffee when consumed straight and by itself it perfect. Having zero calories, zero carbs, and zero fats one can see that it would not hinder weight loss. When adding all that extra sugars, sweeteners, syrups, alcohol and so on just make it a high calorie dessert.

Step 2: Coffee in moderation times,

Too much coffee at one time can affect blood sugar levels so the easy fix is reducing your in take at one time. Spacing out your coffee in take throughout the day would be something to consider and would benefit as an appetite suppressant while reducing chances of increasing blood sugar.

Step 3: Limit Simple Carbs with Coffee,

Avoiding or at least limiting simple carbs while drinking coffee would be wise as coffee can affect blood sugar negatively and adding simple carbs will just encourage an insulin spike.

Step 4: Having Exercise,

Exercise has so many benefits besides burning calories and suppressing your appetite. Exercise can also help regulate your body’s use of insulin to keep blood sugar down and making coffee have little affect on your body. So make sure you participate in aerobic activities, lift some weights, and keep drinking that coffee and you should achieve weight loss in no time.

Don't believe the hype that coffee is a dangerous drug that should be avoided at all costs. You already know that coffee has more benefits than drawbacks, so drink it without fear of jeopardizing your diet or weight-loss goals.

So over all, I can say that drinking coffee has it's pros and cons, but most of all, it's most important to watch how much coffee you drink and what you do with the caffeine you consume. Because it doesn't matter what size cup you get, you still consume caffeine. And it also doesn't matter what place you get the coffee either, with every cup of coffee, there's caffeine and with that caffeine, there is either weight loss, or there is gaining weight and not watching your health.

Thank you guys for reading and I hope you enjoyed the information you gathered as we all learn something new every day. Until next time.
