The truth is, most of us go through life on autopilot. We get up. Do the same things every day. We make the decisions and think the same thoughts over and over.
Our daily thoughts are much the same as they were the day before. In fact neuroscience says that than 90 percent of the things we think about today are the same things we thought about yesterday.
This means that the life we have now is not always the life we really want. It is the result of the habits we have the things we're afraid of and the things we keep doing over and over.
The life we are living is controlled by these habits and fears. Not always, by the choices we make on purpose.
The good news is that the person you can be is already there. This person does not need to be made. She is already a part of you.
What she needs is for you to let her out of the thoughts and feelings that are holding her back. You can do this by taking two steps.
First you need to change what is, inside of you.
Then you need to think about what you want to happen in your life.
The person you want to be your self just needs to be freed from the things that are stopping her.

Change does not have to start with the people around you or the place you work or the things that happen to you.
Actually these things outside of you usually change after you change on the inside.
Change happens when you decide to do things even if it makes you feel weird or afraid. Transformation is, like that it begins with you the change begins with you when you choose to act.
Think about this: the comfort zone is a place to be because it feels safe.. The comfort zone is not really free.
You have to pay a price for it. The price is feeling bad about what you did not do. You will always think about what could have happened if you tried. This will bother you for a time.
If you want to get better at things you have to be okay with feeling uncomfortable.
You have to stop doing things that are holding you back and start doing things that help you move forward. You should spend time with people who make you feel good.
Who help you do your best. Do not spend time with people who make you feel bad about yourself or who do not want you to succeed. True growth is about trying things and getting better. The comfort zone is not a place, for growth.
Making a choice every day is what it is about. You have to put in an effort each day to do things in a different way than you did the day before.
You might be really scared you might be shaking you might not know what to do.
That is when you find courage. When you start making these choices your future self will be very thankful, to you.
Step 2: Reprogram Your Mind Through Visualization
When you start to make changes inside yourself the next thing you need to do is make sure your subconscious mind is working towards your goals.
This is where you use your imagination to picture things and think about them a lot.
Your mind has a time telling what is real and what you are just imagining. If you can really see something in your mind and you can feel it and imagine what it is like then your subconscious mind will start to think it is real.
You have to be able to see your goals and feel like you already have them and then your subconscious mind will help you get them. Your subconscious mind is, like a part of you that helps you get what you want. It is very powerful.
Look at people, like Steve Jobs. He did not just think about changing the world. Steve Jobs actually said it would happen. He saw the future of Apple in his mind a long time before it really happened.
Then there is Michael Phelps. Michael Phelps thought about every thing that could happen when he was swimming.
He thought about how the water would feel and what would happen if his goggles broke.. Michael Phelps always saw himself winning the gold medal and standing on the podium.
The Navy SEALs and the SAS these are good military teams they do this thing where they pretend to be, in tough spots like when things are really bad so that their minds get used to it and they can react like it is really happening to them the Navy SEALs and the SAS practice this a lot.
Visualization is really effective because our belief grows when we do something over and over.
We can use things like affirmations or guided imagery or meditation to change the way we think.
Saying things like "I am stronger than my doubts" or "I am becoming the person I was meant to be" can feel weird at first.
If we keep saying these things every day they will start to change what we believe about ourselves.
When our belief in ourselves gets stronger the things that happen in our life start to change too.
Visualization and belief work together to make our reality what we want it to be. That is a pretty powerful thing.
The more we visualize something the more we will believe it and the more we believe it the more it will become a reality.
