How to Lose Weight Fast

In our Life every year we face so many problems, some are physical, some some are financial, those problems may be silly to others but they are real problems to someone who face it.

In 2024 I faced a problem call big belly fat, my only question is how to lose weight, i search thousands of websites , spend endless nights on YouTube in search of weight loss tips.

My mother said walk for 1 hour, my sister come with a new plan every year, this year she said keto diet. I was like What the hell keto diet or keno diet, i don't want any more weigh loss tips.

1. Starting Step -

After watching so many Fitness guru YouTube videos , I realize I can't afford those big fitness equipment's or I can't do workout like them, Then i decided to create my own weight loss program. first i write down common points among those YouTube videos.

for example -Sleep 6-7 hours a day, drink 8 glasses of water

2. Daily Routine

I create my own fitness and diet plan, I am little lazy so I remove heavy workouts from my plan, here is my daily routine

  • I woke up early in the morning around 8 am
  • Drink Lukewarm lemon water . eat a fruit
  • walk for 30 minutes , and exercise
  • Eat breakfast , egg included
  • Drink 8 glasses water.
  • Walk in between work .
  • Lunch is included ,chicken or mutton, and green, but not daily.
  • Reduce oily foods, fried food, less outside food
  • at 5 pm I walk for 30 minutes.
  • Bath at least once a day. if i bath at night i take hot water.
  • 8pm dinner, less masala food,
  • walk 30 minutes before sleep .
  • sleep at 11.30 or 12.00

This is my daily routine, with this plan , i didn't lose weight in a day after 1 week i find change in myself.

3. Why Drink lukewarm lemon water.?

When i woke up early in the Morning, i drink lukewarm lemon water, i prepare my own drink,

my recipe for Lemon water, Put a small container for boiling water, add 2 cups of water, small pieces of ginger, 1 small piece of cinomin , add half spoon zeera, boil 5 minutes.

Now take a glass , add half cut lemon squeeze in the glass, add one spoon honey , now pour, boiled hot water, stir it well.

Lemon, Ginger, Cinnamon and Honey are good for skin and tummy,

this drink will help your digestion, give you energy,

4. Exercise, and walk for 30 minutes,

Early in the morning most of us, dont want to do heavy excercise, its really pain in ass, if you have lazy body.

So do this instead of doing heavy exercise, eat one fruit, in the morning, or egg, and then walk 30 minutes, go to the nearest park in your area, if you feel walking is boring, buy milk or paper , or take any stupid excuse go for walk.

After 30 minutes, do small exercises, like

100 Air skipping, 10 seconds break

50 jumping jacks 10 seconds break

50 sit ups 10 seconds break

50 leg ups, 10 seconds break

fun fact- Girls who prepare for ballet dance ,they do 300 Reach through exercise eveyday for flat tummy.

30 seconds run on one spot and then 30 seconds break

add as many exercise as you like, make sure you take 10 seconds break, it will give energy for next exercise.

mostly i workout to reduce tummy fat, it is the hardest one to reduce fat.

5. Rich diet is important.

The food we take is very important in our daily routine. A slightest change in diet makes your tummy bigger.

Focus on lean proteins, fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and high-calorie beverages.

funfact - Models in China eat only apples in their diet to look slim. i don't recommend it, unless you want to be a model.

Whatever you eat in your diet, Eat slowly and savor your food. This practice helps prevent overeating and improves digestion.

Eat healthy lunch, take lite protein food at night, Avoid heavy oily food at night,

6.Stay Hydrated

Drinking water before meals can help curb appetite and improve metabolism. Replace sugary beverages with water or herbal teas.

Drink at least 8 Glasses of water , if you think it is very hard for you ,then drink 1/2 glass of water every 30 minutes.

In winter if you worry of going to bathroom frequently drink warm water.

7. Walk between work

if you work is mainly in front of computer, sitting on chair whole day, then take 5 minutes break every 30 minutes walk around the office or in home for 5 minutes.

8. Get Enough Sleep

Lack of sleep can disrupt hormones that regulate hunger and metabolism, leading to weight gain. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.Good sleep is good for health ,

funfact- Scientists research says, in sleep our body pains will gradually decrease , Good amount of sleep even decrease wrinkles under eyes

9. Don't Ignore Finally ignore above steps, set achievable goals keeps you motivated and reduces the risk of burnout.
