Eat To Live-Survival on Food

Eat to Live. Don't Live to Eat

Eat To Live-Survival on Food

No wonder; it would not be exaggerated that in the cycle of life one survives to survive. Or better said, it could be of the chicken and egg type. Do we eat so that we may survive or live so that we could eat? We dig into this fascinating thought in the article where we go through the significance of food towards our all-round fitness.

Eat to Live

What do we talk about by this phrase 'eat to live'? It is only the concept of the same fact that to live as a normal human being working again and again would need some fuel. Similarly, for our body to work properly again as well as to carry out all of its functions throughout the body, it must be replenished with food and water particles on a continuous basis. Food is that which fits in a human body to perform only some really important functions: inhaling oxygen, walking, and thinking. That is, except for nutrition, the rest of our bodies will become dormant, and we, finally, will not exist anymore.

The most available survival function within food consumption is that of macronutrients. These are carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. These are pretty much the general ways through which our body can be kept powered every day. But carbohydrates are actually the best fuel for the human body, and for this benefit alone, they are good to fuel both muscles and the brain. Proteins assist in maintaining tissues in their structural framework and in repairs. Fats can be used as reserve energy and complement each other very well with how they work to help in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

Even though it is the largest, the above category, known as macronutrients, has another kind that equally needs to keep balance such that the body can also carry on doing its phase of maintenance. These kinds are vitamins and minerals. Both break up in many different ways as one means to complement the immunities of the body. With this said, in order that these metabolic processes occurring in a human body should not fragmentize, it encourages that work so that the yield is ready. In the dieting case, they make up all the elements needed, and when they're missing, the human has to malfunction other than initiating its functioning according to disorders of health.

Livelihood that is still feeding itself

The two needs that are with feeding apart from keeping alive are at the same level. These complex mechanisms that bodies have been taught to keep organisms alive when they are hungry will make way for these mechanisms to work merely to enable the human body to gain nutrition and food. A great example is how hunger is a good stimulus to the human body. Need is what has to push to want food to sustain oneself for a long time.

Everyone has many physiological mechanisms that ensure our bodies remain fresh for as long as possible without introducing food into them. For example, during some starvation, it uses the whole amount of the conserved fats that can be present in one's body to gain at least some level of energy. Of course, we all survive as long a time as possible before we take in any food. It made human beings go through centuries of history without necessarily having to eat food to start with. A second survivalist principle by which we learn to survive so that we may possibly eat ourselves into survival.

Except for physiological responses, our bodies automatically use survival instincts, whereby we can acquire food and nutrients. Survival instincts in this regard are therefore hunting and gathering, agriculture, and even food production. Perhaps this is one of the most important aspects of our survival and growth as a race since we could alter the environment and find a way of getting food.

Eating Keeps a Body Alive

From surviving and eating to the combined concept of consuming and surviving, both have to go together in a hand-to-hand process: the bodies have to eat to survive, and vice versa. We need to survive so that we could be given a proper diet or nourishment; hence, an integrated nature between the two concepts would demand healthy survival.

Let's see what is happening in the next two cases so that this concept can be made more colorful:

●Then we begin to feel hungry. We secrete hormones in our bodies and send signals to our brains that say that we require food. This is the physiological response by virtue of which we are sure to get the food that is needed in order to continue living.

If the former is used as a source of energy, then it would burn the fats. Further, it will be an adaptive response that would let him survive in case the famine approaches and he would survive.

This instinctive survival potential will let man look for his foodstuffs or nutrients so that he can get survival capability.

This instinctive urge defined the act of eating in such a way that the very will to live, in no two words, defined for our living the inalienable nature of food.

Conclusion

This act of human survival needs survives only through; thus, we require this eating activity, deep and broad, as far as this aspect of the human survival dimension is concerned. Then must the bodies be fed and their food be moved, and so work all things being well in their places, working on the care of everything transpiring within them, while we have to eat and keep ourselves alive, which can only be possible for us if it is possible with it that we can at the same time eat as well as keep ourselves well in appreciable balances whereby the act of our eating and staying alive should be rendered possible so as everything going on in the body will start working. That calls for further steps toward a better understanding of how we should remain healthy and what this easily balanced balance is between eating and staying alive. Remember, feed the body to keep it alive, and keep it alive to feed it.
