
INTRO
We intend to overthink sometimes. This is our human nature. Every day our mind is over run by thoughts and it can lead to burden. Also it can damage our emotions.Our brains hold in what’s called, dopamine. The chemicals causes us to be joyful, energetic, excited, hyper, etc. Its an adrenaline of the good things we want to feel! That good feeling that we want to live in, but it all begins with our thinking. And taking some time to actually think, it really is on how you think. Our Thoughts can sometimes be out of our control. We all receive random thoughts and we question where does that come from. So with these tips on how to think we have to make practice on it. I say “we” Because I want you to know that you’re not alone in this. Eyetooth need to practice. I have been practicing and I must say I’ve been feeling so good. That feeling we all want to live in. I was in a phase of depression, social anxiety, and or anger, just being miserable. I felt like I had no purpose. But then I just had to think. And then I thinking I realize I’m in a battle with my own mind. I had to start thinking a certain way in order to step out of that comfort zone of being miserable. We don’t want to live our lives miserable, trust. So here are 5 tips on how to think.
1. Think better for Others
This is one of the biggest issues we have, is thinking about our self before others. Now come on that is just selfish how can we continue living life Warning happiness for souls not think of others happiness also. So let’s take the time to think of those that are living miserable. And let’s picture of them happy. Let’s picture of them living their dreams. I mean all you are doing is just picturing them and painting a picture of their life living the same way you would want to live. This allows us to be humble, and it helps with overcoming our ego. It’s OK to think of others. Because you only want to invest in time on yourself. So your thoughts can project happiness onto them the same way you would want the happiness to project onto you. So allow your mindset to transform and be renewed by thinking positive on other people and allow it to process and you can see yourself happy along with them! Keep in mind there’s chaos around the world. There are many many people dying there are children going missing their children starving. So many nations where they don’t have the same benefits that we do In theUnited States. So we got to think the best for others if we really want the best for ourselves. You heard the saying of karma “what goes around comes around” If we are only thinking of ourselves. There will be no benefit in that. What you game will be lost because you didn’t have the same game for others. Everyone has the desire you have. Believe I can happen for them because it will begin to manifest to happen to you. No this is the biggest one to access and apply it to yourself. I do not need big words to explain, I am trying to make it as simple as that. Humble yourself, think about others, and overcome your ego. Our ego is our downfall, and that’s the battle we want to win to pursue life and abundance of joy.
2. Thinking Rich
OK now this is what everyone gets into. How to be Rich? Now everybody wants to be rich. As we know, in order to get what we want it cost us. It can cost us time and money. You have heard “Time is money”. Here’s the thing, we put too much time on how to get rich. Overflowing with thoughts, and not accomplishing anything. So you do have to put time and you’re thinking of living and abundant life of wealth. But don’t always think I want to be rich, but think that you are already rich. Now this may not make sense because you don’t see a lot of money in your hands. You have to already think you are rich, then you will feel rich, then next thing you know, you are Rich. Believe that you are. You probably aren’t seeing it now, but you don’t need to see it to believe it. What you have now, is more. What you have now is it less, but it is The most valuable things you have. And the things that you have now is going to produce more and more. You already have it all. Just believe it. You are rich. Next thing you know, you’re living a wealthy life.
3. You can, Not Can’t
We should know this already. We got a think more like we can, and not we can’t. This one’s easy. Think more like I can do it, if I want to. The truth is, we can do anything we want. You see that right? We can do anything we want. Not can. It’s want. Because we can do it, if and only if we want to. We can do anything. So think more like I can do it, if I want to. This can boost your confidence in thinking this way. You can just get inspired and just look at people on what they do and I can process thoughts into your head on what you want to do. Again, you can do it, if you want to.
4. Think about the Great moments
Let’s not make the mistake of not memorizing the good times we had. They are the greatest moments that we should cherish and dwell on. This allows us to appreciate more and be grateful that we can even breathe, and live those memorizing moments. Try to do all of the memories of when you had the best laugh, best times with your friends and family, the goals you have achieved and you were proud of, things that you can be proud of yourself for. You don’t want to lose yourself and forget the good things you have done and achieved. Always stick with the good times in your head and you’ll see that you live the best life.
5. Think Love
Now this is the biggest process to have in mind. Thinking about love and everything. It’s hard to love anything if you don’t love yourself. Start processing in your mind what do you love about yourself. What makes you laugh? what makes you talented? what makes you different? Look at your self different. Don’t look on the outside on others, and trying to be what you were not meant to be. It’s OK to look at others and be happy for them, and get inspired so that it could motivate you to move forward in life, but what you really want to do, Is to seek after what you love. What you truly love. About you. Don’t go praising and idolizing someone and trying to be like them because then you’re so in love with what you see you lose yourself. You lose a connection with yourself, and that’s like your own entire being. So start by loving you. And then just thinking mind love. Love on others, love on what’s around you, and appreciate everything. Because you have purpose here and I purpose is not to be filled with hate but to spread love and that all starts with you. Like in most movies love breaks the curse. So break the curse within yourself by loving you and changing that mindset and renewing your mind. Don’t let thoughts overflow where you start thinking a certain way and believing in that thought. Instead accomplish the battle by loving you and by loving you you can love on others.
