An estimated 80% of women experience hormonal imbalances at some point in their lives, and many without a proper diagnosis. Fitness icon Autumn Calabrese, a name synonymous with health and wellness, has a mission to improve this statistic. This year, Autumn takes her expertise to a new level with the development of Belle Vitale—a groundbreaking program specifically designed to support hormone health and overall well-being.

With over two decades of experience, Autumn Calabrese has been a pioneer in the fitness and wellness industry, amassing over 200 million views on her workouts. Dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals, she is committed to making healthy living sustainable, enjoyable, and empowering for women. Throughout her career, Autumn has launched 18 fitness programs, three nutrition programs, and authored a best-selling personal development book. Now, she’s addressing one of the most overlooked yet transformative aspects of women’s health: hormonal balance.

In partnership with BODi, Autumn created Belle Vitale—a comprehensive 12-week program designed to help women take charge of their bodies by targeting hormonal imbalances.

“What sets Belle Vitale apart is its holistic approach to women’s health. It’s not just about workouts and meal plans—it’s about understanding how women’s bodies work at different stages of life and tailoring the program to support hormonal balance, mental clarity, and physical strength. It’s science-backed and designed specifically for women by a woman who understands those challenges.” – Autumn Calabrese

The Science Behind Belle Vitale

Belle Vitale is the result of over two years of dedicated research and collaboration with medical experts, fitness professionals, and nutritionists. The program takes a comprehensive approach to hormone health, focusing on four key pillars: Fitness, Nutrition, Stress Management and Supplements.

Fitness

Through a combination of pilates, strength training and cardio, Belle Vitale offers tailored workout routines designed to support hormonal balance and reduce stress.

  • Pilates helps to work mobility, flexibility, core strength, balance and strength without adding unneeded stress on the body.
  • Strength Training helps build muscle, bone density, and stimulate HGH (or human growth hormone) as well as testosterone.
  • Cardio Bursts promote cardiovascular strength, endurance, and burn fat, without spike cortisol levels.
Autumn’s Track Pilates mimics moves of the Reformer and Cadillac, plus strength training and cardio to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen without adding excessive stress.

Nutrition

With her brother and professional chef, Bobby Calabrese, Autumn developed customized recipes to help balance macronutrients for optimal hormone health. These science-backed meals emphasize nutrient-dense foods to nourish the body and stabilize hormone levels.

The Belle Vitale program features 40+ recipes and a 3-month nutrition guide.

Stress Management

Techniques and tools to help women manage stress, which is often a major contributor to hormonal disruption. Belle Vitale is in partnership with Breathwrk, offering a 3 month subscription included with the purchase of the program to have a tool to help with stress management.

Breathwrk is Autumn’s go-to app for short, effective deep breathing exercises, with proven protocols for stress reduction, better sleep, energy, and mental clarity.

Supplements

Autumn worked with esteemed functional medicine practitioner, Dr. Will Cole, to develop two proprietary supplements which are included in the program: one for blood sugar and metabolism support, and the other is to help support stress management. She is also personally certified from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a hormone health coach and has gone through their Intensive Gut Health course and is a certified Health Coach.

Together, these components work to help women with improving their energy levels, enhance mental clarity, and achieve sustainable weight loss. Test groups have reported losing an average of 15-20 pounds over the 12-week program, with users also praising improvements in mood, confidence, and overall well-being.

James LaValle, Clinical Pharmacist and Board-Certified Clinical Nutritionist, expert in integrative care and hormone-related issues, validated the test group’s lab results. Both LaValle and Dr. Cole endorsed the program for women struggling with hormone imbalances.

A Movement Toward Holistic Health

Autumn emphasizes that Belle Vitale is not just a program — it’s a movement. “Belle Vitale was born out of a desire to create a fitness program that caters to women on a deeper level,” she explains, “I wanted to design something that celebrates a woman’s unique journey, addresses hormonal changes, and combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset to create lasting transformation.” The testimonials from early participants speak volumes. One user shared, “I just can’t describe how amazing it feels to be in control of my own body,” while another shared, “The stubborn scale is finally moving and the inches are coming off!”

With Belle Vitale, Autumn hopes to shine a light on the importance of hormonal health and encourage women to themselves in order to feel their best, regain energy, manage symptoms, and take control of their overall well-being.
