There is a question people ask quietly, sometimes without even realising they are asking it. It lives in looks, assumptions, and comments muttered under breath. It sounds like concern, but it is actually judgement. It goes something like this: why are so many fat people in pain? Why are so many fat people using mobility aids? Why are so many fat people struggling to move?

Living Life Consists Of What?
We all know life is always on the go and so busy sometimes we can’t even see which end is up or down. Life is always in constant motion and we add our hobbies and ways to relax into them to help us stay focused and sane. Yes I said focused and sane in the same sentence, when we live life we do so because we have to and we do the things in life that we have to and want to do. When we live life, we come up with ways of doing, so we all know that in order to get by we have to do work for pay of some sort. Whether that be working from home, on the roads or in an office job, this could include doing survey sites which is another job you can do from home or anywhere really. Living life consists of doing things that is the point of it, because if you didn’t do things then life wouldn’t be fun nor would it have variety. Life consists of variety, sure it might not all be fun and exciting variety but variety none the less is what life is made up of.

What I Say vs What I Do
We all have attitudes, and psychology textbooks tell us that an attitude is defined by a "prevailing and consistent tendency to think, feel or act a certain way about something or someone in the world around us"( George, S. Kelly, B. Piferi,2023). Attitudes influence our behaviors, but can be altered by perception of the ability to change behaviors, which leads to the attitude being altered to accommodate the behavior. This leads to the question asked this week about how we say we would act and how we do act in situations.

Kapow Life And Hobbies Galore
As Christmas just ended how busy was it for you? or have you had it yet for you and your family, do you celebrate it? Even if you do or if you don't life is still really busy this time of year. Not that life isn’t busy every other time of year too, it just feels so much more busy during the Christmas season, wouldn’t you agree? But it isn’t busy with hobbies and living as much as we would like it to be but it could be. Now I know you are probably wondering how this can be so, well it can be so with a mindset shift, what this means is yes this time of year might be busy, but there are ways to make sure that it doesn’t overwhelm us. We can decide to take fifteen or twenty minute breaks every hour just to give us some time to relax and regroup. That is where hobbies can be placed, or we might even have hobbies that we just do during the christmas season. Like watching Christmas movies or playing games, or getting out and building snowmen if it snows where you are and there is enough snow on the ground to do so. We might even just want to relax and watch Christmas movies as a hobby knowing how busy the next few weeks are going to be with Christmas and New years right around the corner.

The difficulty of starting a Business
Actually, where can I start? From earlier age, I always thought of making money, creating a business, and a few types of things, although I have not talked to anyone about it or at least didn't get the approach from someone who could feel what I'm talking about, which I had luck to find later on. Although I think it is the poor countries that have a high level of entrepreneurs, the difficulty is one of the reasons, of course. But this was not my case, being from a place that has a high social inequality, I could say that I was in a good place, at least enough to not think of basic needs. I feel that every single Angolan is an entrepreneur, for some reason, I doubt that someone would say the opposite. One of the first issues is of course, the MONEY, which is hard to get money, investment, and so on. But after some while I can be sincere and say that some of us could start more earlier, I know is not easy but after some time you noticed that one of the most important thing is TO START, not just think, do not give up, start and keeping pushin, 2025 is the year Im pushing with all my strengths and Im not thinking about give up and I could say a lot of things that Ive being dealing with but choose to see the problem the size I choose, even after trying to invest with own money, working so hard in 2 jobs for around 2 years, to get credits, to make different hustles/side work idk how to call it, I notice that whatever will happen I'm just mental prepared to worst, to the best. So, this is for you who are facing struggles along the way. Be aware of social media, a lot of people are just trying to sell something. Be smart, keep doing what you think is right. I'm just saying that because I had some regrets about not starting before, but I feel so comfortable in that situation that is not yet the one I'm going to achieve, which I think is going to be amazing.
