American actress, dancer, and pin-up girl Rita Hayworth appeared in 61 films, and the press coined the term “The Love Goddess” to describe her. After actress Betty Grable, she was the second top pin-up girl for GIs during WWII. The actress as a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 1980 she was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease and passed away in 1987 at the age of 68.
