GEN Z
GEN Z: Biggest misconception about Gen Z Calling themselves iGen or postmillennial, the Generation Z are an extremely socialized cohort that cares deeply for others and has a very practical approach to how to address a set of inherited issues like climate change. To them, the internet is something that has always been there and they describe themselves as the first generation that values diversity and incredibly determined to make a difference in their own unique ways. According to Stanford researchers, Generation Z is said to be self- reliant and also practical thinkers. They are highly collaborative and social, flexibility, relevance, authenticity and non-hierarchical leadership are of great value to them. They aren't ‘coddled’ and are reputed for being ultra-resilient.
