DAY 05 "Sudden feels to Smoke"
The Morning of DAY 05 Today I woke up late, started my day with clicking some pictures and then getting late for my classes. I was feeling fresh today morning like I completed my sleep which I wasn't getting from last 2 to 3 days. I tried to get ready A SAP but still got late for Lab. I was listening to songs today morning and they really made me feel relaxed about everything. I really like to wear loose clothes as they are so much comfortable and very good for the weather I live in.

Day 04 "challenging stress without smoking"
The Morning of DAY 04 Today Morning I woke up early, I slept around 4 am & woke up around 7 am which is approx. 3 hours of sleep. I think sleeping for three hours isn't enough and healthy for me. I slept for very less hours but still I wasn't feeling dizziness or any feel like I slept for less hours than ususal but I had to go for class after a short break. I left my bed and completed my schedule ASAP. Today morning I tried tea for a fresh start and bread butter for some energy to handle all the classes. Then I left for class with my small bag pack, Today I packed a book to with me because I generally use mobile phone while class so I thought reading a book rather then wasting time is a good option
