How To Deal With Negitive Review On Fiverr
I thought this would pair well with the upcoming Advice post this month, and so, this will be the story of my first unhappy customer (and how they caused me to stop voice acting for a while). While I regret the situation, I think there was a lot to learn from it. With that said, let’s get into the story.

Watch My Small Beauty Company Grow! (Or Fail!)
I am a person who enjoys the journey, rather than the destination. I have always enjoyed setting goals that were out of the left-field, and impulsive. And I have always been the kind of person to want to experience all that life has to offer.

I'll Wash You Dry
Being an adult sucks, that's just the point blank truth of it. You have to follow the laws or you get put up, you have to clean and cook or no one else will. It's a lot easier to want to do that when you feel whole. Even when you don't feel whole you still have to find a way to get yourself up and do the damn thing. Laying about and watching as your entire world crumbles doesn't do anyone any good.

Why I chose to get the COVID Vaccine
I made the decision to have the vaccine for COVID 19 today. It was a decision that was actually made very quickly for me because I knew working at the hospital, I needed to protect myself every chance I had. The masking, the protective gear are great ways to protect yourself as well, but the Vaccine was like a ray of sunshine in these dark times.

Does hard work pay off?!
My work history started at the age of 13 during a school program in the summer. I was impressionable, eager and ready to earn my own money. I always made lists of things I wanted to buy and what snacks I had to have thinking I was going to be rich. To some I was! I got to treat my friends to whatever they wanted at the corner stores.. ha ha I was a big spender. By time I was 15, I had 2 jobs. That summer program with my school and Six Flags( Great Adventure). You couldn’t tell me nothing. I was practically grown! My grandmother taught my sister and I about saving and spending only what we needed. She never took anything we made but we did get to use the money we saved to buy our own school clothes and shoes which excites me because the shoes I wanted I never got with her having to raise 5 other children. My grandmother was an amazing woman. Til this day, I never understood how she did it. Raising all her grands, working 2-3 jobs, being a pilar of the community on which seemed like little to no rest. We all learned some type of valuable lesson. Mine was; Always make sure you are able to provide for yourself and your responsibilities. Don’t depend on anything or anyone. Because if they left you tomorrow you will be all messed up. So this was my motto growing up. This was what made me go so hard.

Hire Local!
Earlier this year, I was laid off from a job I held for 15 years. In that time, I progressed from a Junior DBA for a startup company to a Senior DBA (likely on the verge to take over as management) of a company created out of a divestiture of the same product by a Fortune 500 company. At the time I was laid off, 132 of my very talented co-workers were also laid off. Most of us had been with the product since it's creation.

Gas Station Job
I used to work for a gas station. Let me tell you that job had so many interesting people and I have a ton of stories about that job. Let me just start off and say that if it wasn’t for me needing a job and a source of income, I probably would have slapped quite a few people. Another thing, the customer isn’t always right. No matter how much the customer thinks they’re right, they aren’t. But with this job, I’ve had some creeps come in and be seriously disgusting while I was there. And I mean always talking about sex kind of disgusting.

JUST DO IT- I DID
For the longest, I had wanted to go to school to earn a degree in Health Service Management. It has been a long-time goal of mine for years. My answer would be to start as a nurse assistant. After graduating from high school, my purpose in life began. I always had a passion for helping others. So, it was just natural to start a career in the Healthcare Field. I remember starting my classes to try and become a certified nurse assistant. I had no idea what to expect on that journey of my life. It was new and exciting to continue learning and having my first job within that field. After attending elementary, middle, junior, and high school, my educational journey did not end there. Sometimes in life depending, on the job or position, you will most likely need some certification.
