This is not to say that women cannot be successful on their own; indeed, many women have fought hard to overcome obstacles and achieve their dreams without assistance. However, it is important to remember that we all stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us. This premise is the driving force behind Empowered Women Empower.

Dr. Norma McLauchlin was born and raised on a farm in Reidsville, North Carolina, a small town north of Greensboro near the Virginia border, until turning eighteen years old and graduated from high school. After forgetting about it for a few weeks, I was sent a link to some podcasts of previous shows that Sean Castle had broadcast and that is where I discovered a great little show from a Sydneysider, Sean Castle.
