The Doll Universe

Hi All,

It's Doll Mommy here! Sorry that I've been so out of touch. I know that it has been 12 million months since I've texted you. Guess what!? The kid's father, Ghost, had them for two months this summer. Chile, while they were gone, I was in rare form. I was busy yachting by day and partying like it was 1999 by night. That was until about 9 days into my vacation when my 90-year-old knees told me it was time to take my behind on home before I ended up having to have a double knee replacement surgery! Lol πŸ˜‰

I read people really well, and at this point, I know that you are all probably wondering why I call my doll children's father Ghost. Well... it's because he went ghost like the wind when it was time to pay for child support, so he no longer has a name, K? Lol 🀣😁

Sorry for getting sidetracked AGAIN... Let me get back to business. I'm writing to tell you guys about my eventful night out with a couple of my doll children at the Barbie: The Movie premiere recently.

My doll daughter Riley-Jade & her favorite doll cousin Cordial-True each managed to pull up their Trigonometry grades and graduated from high school with honors, so I gifted them each $400 and took them out to lunch at their favorite restaurant: The Cheesecake Factory. Afterwards, we went shopping at Sephora, and then, last but not least, we went to the Cineplex to see Barbie: The Movie!

A Fun Night Out!

The girls and I decided to dress in all pink to pay homage to the Barbie brand and our love of playing with Barbies growing up. I won't be sharing any pics of myself in my pink ensemble this time around because I don't want to scare you all since I looked like I was pregnant with sextuplets in my pics! Hi-Ho Hi-ho, it's off to the gym I go! Lol I guess I had a few too many dates with Monsieur Cupcake this summer!πŸ˜‰

Here are pictures of the girls:

Riley-Jade is in the first pic!

Cordial-True is in the second!

Aren't they gorgeous?!

As for the movie, I can't really tell you about any major plot points or give you a full review like I planned to because the moment I sat down, I saw one of my doll sons, Kenzo, and some Gen Z Pussycat doll playing kissy-face a few rows down from me.

Sidenote: If you don't know who the P-Cat dolls are, you may be too young to be reading this! πŸ˜‰

Here is a picture that I snagged of Kenzo and the Gen Z Pussycat Doll from his Instagram:

Kenzo & The Gen Z Pussycat Doll!

Fortunately, halfway through the movie, a preteen sitting next to me yelled at Kenzo and his date to get their hormones together, and that seemed to put a period on the unsettling optics.

I am worried that Kenzo is beginning to collect girlfriends like he used to collect Pokémon cards. He was just on a date with Silk Herbert a week ago and Taffeta Jenkins the week before that. I think it's time to sign Kenzo up for that mission's trip to Jerusalem. Perhaps a looooooong dip in the Jordan River will cure him of his girl-crazy-itis! Lol 🀣

I guess I should be happy that he's not sipping lean like some of his friends from his old neighborhood. I told Ken the only leaning that he better be doing is leaning down to scrub the toilet when it's his cleaning day. Lol 🀣

In other news, when I returned home from the Barbie movie, I immediately texted my doll daughter Amberlynn (who was away at college) to find out if she knew who Kenzo's date was.

Amberlynn is my eyes and ears when it comes to my doll children. Therefore, I knew that if I described Kenzo's date as a tawny-complexioned, voluptuous Kim K. look-alike with pink highlights, Amberlynn would immediately know who she was and what she was all about.

Without stopping to take a breath, Amberlynn informed me that Kenzo's date was a young lady named Delicate Jones. A very sweet girl that I needn't worry about. But she also informed me to be aware of a girl named Fatima James, who had practically been stalking Kenzo lately because she was bad news.

Before I could find out what Amberlynn meant by bad news, she got a call from her study partner and had to go. It's time for this momma bear to do some good old-fashioned sleuthing to find out more about Miss Fatima James. Don't worry, doll fam, I'll let you know all the deets when I get them!

Welp, I have to go! It's time for beddy-bye and a midnight snack. A mini cupcake sounds delish right about now!

Hasta luego!

Sincerely, Your Bestest Amiga, Doll Mommy

P.S. Kenzo's birthday is coming up in August. Each of you please buy him an undershirt; he doesn't seem to remember what they are these days! Lol 🀣😁

Awww. I love this piece. It makes me happy that I have a very small doll collection (I wish I could expand it, but need to save money to move from one state to another. Not sure when I will be financially settled again. The good news is: I’ll be moving to the PNW area! Woot woot.

  • Tiffany Gordon! You are the doll mama to beat all doll mamas! You sure do have a good handle on your doll children. I don’t think I’d be able to keep up with them! But obviously you were born to be a doll mama! Tons of fun I enjoyed reading this, Tiffany! Thank you for the bit of levity this morning!
