Summer has already arrived and we all can feel the hot winds around us. There are so many people who do not like summers and prefer winter because they do not like the sweating and heat that we experience during the summer season. Temperature is touching a new high every day and this is just the beginning, as per reports the situation may get worse in the upcoming months. I understand that we try to save ourselves from heat waves and use fans, coolers, and air conditioners but still, we fall sick because we go out for various reasons and can not sit at home. We fall sick due to dehydration and it is normal to get dehydrated in the summer but we have to take care of our health. Therefore, in this article, I will suggest some beverages and juice that have all the essential components that will keep you hydrated and you can face this summer. If you drink these juices regularly then you will get the ability to prevent dehydration and heat stroke.

1) Coconut water

This is very useful in summer because it is rich in electrolytes such as potassium and magnesium which are very vital to keep the body hydrated. It gives the instant relief, so if you feel like any problem then you should drink it before the situation gets worse.

2) Watermelon.

We all know that watermelon is a rich source of water, it contains almost 92 percent of water. Watermelon is also a good source of important vitamins and minerals that makes the body strong. It also refreshes the whole body and you stop sweating after a glass of juice.

3) Lemonade

This is the must-have drink for summer. It is a classic drink that can be taken at any point in time. Lemon is known for its vitamin C and electrolytes that help you stay hydrated and prevent heat stroke.

4) Cucumber juice

Cucumber is also suggested by professionals to counter heat stroke because it is also a rich source of water. Generally, people eat it as a salad with food but you can also get the juice and drink it twice a day.

5) Aam Panna

When everything fails to work than the traditional drinks made by our grandmothers surely work. You can drink aam panna which is made of green mangoes, sugar, and spices. It has abundant vitamin C that cools off the body. You can make it at your home or buy it from the market.

6) Buttermilk

It is a refreshing drink that is common in every Indian household. I would advise you t drink it in the morning because it has probiotics, electrolytes, and calcium that make it the excellent choice in summer. You can easily get it in packets from a dairy store or if you can drink it at your home then that would be much better.

7) Mint tea

Mint is already a natural coolant that lowers the temperature of your body. Mint should be consumed with other edible items as well in order to save yourself from any kind of disease.

8) Aloe vera juice

If you do not get anything then aloe vera juice would work. It has essential nutrients that help you to stay hydrated and cleanses your skin from within. If you use aloe vera then you will get other benefits as well.

9) Sugarcane juice

In the summer season, you can easily get sugarcane juice on every street or corner in the market. Sugarcane juice is the best when you are thirsty.

10) Pomegranate juice

Pomegranate is a rich source of vitamins and anti-oxidants and potassium which makes it the best beverage to drink in the summer.

These were the few juices that are important to drink in summer. However, you can also drink orange juice and grape juice. I would also suggest you keep ORS with you and drink it with water twice a day. If you feel that nothing is working then you should go and see a doctor without any sort of delay.
