Will you manage this simple project for me? The task may seem complicated, but I assure you that the details are quite simple! A knowledgeable General Contractor is needed to manage multiple trades at the same time!

This could appear as stressful, but once finished, the end product can be quite rewarding! So at the moment, this heart is closed for others, but open to you to reconstruct as you see fit!

You will have unlimited will to mange all trades under your supervision! Upgrades at your desire and you are pre approved to do your bidding, but don’t change the original pattern.

Yeah, this building has seen far too many companies make promises and did not hold their end of the bargain by failing to bring this old building to its full potential! However, with this brick and mortar, this structure still has something left. With the right General Contractor, this building can shine like never before!

I know that you may be hesitant to take on such a project, but the joy of completing would bring and present unlimited opportunities and surprises!

This building has character and history of sturdy belongings! When you are done with the walls and restore the flooring, you have a free will to furnish how you please!

You can take a break, but please stay on site and review the blueprints just to ensure things are going as planned! You can hold a meeting with the building owner just to make sure everything is on the same page!

Let’s not stall the project out! Don’t want to go fast, and there is no need to go slow! Hopefully the project can finish in its due time.

You have full command of all sub contracts and if you see something that is not becoming, bring it to the building owner’s attention so it could be resolved as soon as possible.

Tell me what I have to do to give you full control! Let’s lay this project out, come up with a punch list and a flawless timeline to bring this project to a close!

As the building owner, it is my mission to give you less worries and all joy throughout the duration of this project! I’d look for progress reports just to stay in line with you! I would have progress meeting with you, just not to check on the status of the project, but your mental state as well.

No matter the weather, we should try our best to stay on schedule as the shelter of a finished product brings us days of unlimited joy!

Sun up, to sun down, this project as you being the GC should never give you a frown!

Please do me this one last favor before the sun goes away! Plan to be my never ending contractor from Junes beyond and even in the hot summer days of May!

Of course, after the finished product, many will come witness and gaze at the wonderful design of a newly constructed heart! They will inquire about the wonderful General Contractor and praise her wonderful designs!

Will you come and take the job of helping me reconstruct my heart? There are plenty of materials and time to take whatever you need to complete the task with all the specifications to help us make a heart of pure love and as solid as steel!

I’m sure there are other hearts that may seem more attractive to adjust your home! However, I don’t think you’ll find another heart like mine! Ready for your hands of tender care! Get your hard hat ready and pack a lunch!

If we could only reconstruct our hearts. It takes more than concrete to mend a broken heart. It takes time for the healing process. Well constructed story!!

You have written a striking analogy here! The imagery conveys the damage vis-a-vis concrete materials, infrastructure damage, tasks, and time. Damn. If only it were this easy. But hey, congrats Top Story-an!
