The ultimate test of a compatible relationship is whether you can stand to travel together.
Three Days in Palm Springs
I have only visited Palm Springs a handful of times. As I have mentioned in previous writings, the first few were married and new to motherhood. It was not easy to sit back and soak in discovery this new place while chasing after two active kids, while juggling a spouse and a family of in-laws. My experience was pleasant enough but nothing I would call memorable.

Why Mexico is Attracting More Black Digital Nomads?
Black people have been migrating to Mexico for centuries. In more recent times, however, a new type of black migrant has emerged: the black digital nomad. This is a person who uses technology to work remotely from anywhere in the world, and Mexico has become a popular destination for them.

Moments and Memories.
Last week I returned from a (very short) medical mission trip to Peru. I had the privilege of being the interpreter for one of our nurse practictioners on the trip. We got an early start each day and worked until late into the night. Here's a breakdown of the things that I experienced and memories that were made:

Prairie Wisdom
We were on vacation, but not the vacation most would dream of. The Mr. and I were heading to Nebraska. The state with the slogan, "Nebraska. Honestly, it's not for everyone." I was in the middle of running a half marathon in half the states and had selected Nebraska as our next bet. As a child, I had lived in the small town of Seward and thought I'd return, hoping to put those fond memories back in my pocket. I had not trained much for this run. The weeks prior had hit me like losing a loved one, and I didn't have the strength to put on running shoes, much less get out the door.

F&ck Solo Travel
Sometimes we just need to take a break from life and heal. Sometimes we need to run away from our problems and and frustrations and go find ourselves again. So many of my favorite authors have done it and written amazing books about their trips. I've been truly inspired by all of them. Ever feel like you're just going through the motions in life? Ever feel like you're on a hamster wheel and you'll never get off? Ever feel like you've lost touch with who you are as a person? Well if you feel any of those things consider taking a solo trip. Taking a break from life could be just the thing we need to get ourselves back on track mentally. Whether it's a backapacking trip, a european vacation or hitting the road in a camper van. Whatever feels right to you. Sometimes we need to run away and be alone with our thoughts, sometimes we need to take some time and rediscover what our passions are and who WE are as people. Sometimes we've lost touch with reality and need to center ourselves again. These are all reasons to take a solo trip. It doesn't have to be very long or fancy. It just has to be you taking a break from life for some period of time. Perhaps a summer or a weekend or even a year.

From where can you find treasure maps? Are they real or not?
Do you know what treasure maps are? Treasure maps are the map that marks the location of buried treasure, a lot of mines, a valuable secret, or a hidden locale. When you've found them, open up treasure maps and claim the items within! Players will be able to seek buried riches in their range of hearts by spawning many maps and chests on every globe. However, keep in mind that because treasure maps point to the closed compartment, two maps in the same region may lead to the same chest.
