humanity
For better or for worse, relationships reveal the core of the human condition.
What's your Title?
What’s your title? Are you a Lawyer? Senior Associate? Maybe you are a Sales Assistant. Whoever you are, whatever your title is, it definitely defines your life. It defines your salary, which means your budget and what you can afford. What clothes you buy, what car you drive and how often you are able to eat out. Very often it even defines how much time you spend with your family or where your kids go to school.

Three Words to End Any Argument
This may come as a surprise, but people seem to have become more combative than ever… That’s obviously not a shock, as there’s a lot of anger floating around out there. It seems as if people would rather be heard than be right. They react without thinking and aggression has become the default setting.

SOME.
A long while ago, I was informed by someone that I wasn't ready for the real life here on Planet Earth. They said to me that'd it'd sweep me down into the ground. I mean, look. I know I'm not the most acute appliance in the toolbox of life, but I couldn't help myself. She was staring at me, dumbfounded that I'd even approached her. She called me a loser, walked away, & that was that. I don't want to say that this one moment defined my life or anything, but it did stick with me, for sure.

Amore de mi Vida
What if darkness didn't equate to evil? Home...it's our safe place. We cross through the front door, unpack and take a deep breath. A sigh of relief somehow escapes our lips and forces our masks to the ground. Serenity, peace, whatever you call it. And then two familiar arms emerge around the corner; wrap us up, call us "baby" and our soul knows that it can rest.
