The Story of My FIRST Kiss
I can’t be the only one who was extremely nervous about their first kiss. The area that I came from, everybody was pecking everybody… besides me. I don’t know why but something about a first kiss felt special to me. We’ll really the idea of ANYTHING being your first time doing it, felt special to me. You can do one thing a thousand things but you can only do it the first time ONCE. That memory would forever be in the back of my head somewhere. In my mind, I wanted it to be special, with someone special, in a special place.

Have you ever been in a fire?

There’s a lot that I do not understand and there’s a lot that I’ve accepted to be “it is what it is”. Often times we as humans get wrapped up in our feelings because we don’t understand why certain things happened the way they did. We don’t understand why certain people we love and trust do things to intentionally hurt us. We don’t understand why certain feelings and thoughts randomly pop up no matter how much time has passed. A lot of times the things we don’t understand we probably weren’t supposed to understand it or it may have been a lesson we needed. Often times life can suck, life can be draining and depressing, but life can also be beautiful.

I was recently watching the movie Stardust with my daughter and the main character, Tristan, was offended when he was referred to as “just” a shop boy. My daughter couldn’t understand why Tristan was so upset by this. I had to explain to my daughter, no one is ever “just” anything.
