Learning to Let Go
When I was younger I was a ball of fire, always ready to get into the argument and state my opinion, even if it wasn't popular. In my relationships, I would get upset and state my mind, in detail, and one time I got so mad at my husband I slammed the cupboard door until it banged closed, open, and closed again. I was angry and everybody knew it.

Chapter One: Childhood
We had a big backyard. Three quarters of an acre. The biggest of anyone we knew. Honeysuckle covered the back fence that guarded us from the alley way. There were tall trees and a stone statue. There was a metal pole and swing set. In the back corner was a secret hiding place where I would hide silver ware and different dishes from our kitchen. I made soups out of mud and leaves. I collected acorns and left them out in a bowl for the squirrels.

Don't be too nice to your employees, it's not worth it for a 7 year old employee to quit.
The staff and the boss should have been in the same boat, the staff's ability to excel, to bring the boss a lot of profits, the boss to earn money, to give the staff reasonable pay, the two relationships are intertwined, rain or shine with the road.

In the workplace, there are always people who are "good at what they do", who are best at understanding the psychology of their bosses, who suggest exactly what their bosses are planning, and who say exactly what their bosses want to say. Because they are "good at what they do", they often become the "big hitters" or "right-hand men" around their bosses.
