Not seeing a mental health doctor is the first sign of insanity! Now this is something that will do the soul good. I am going to focus on three areas or so that could help us all tremendously. Think of it as venting to a friend you really don't know, but there is not a worry of that friend airing the laundry out or talking to about friends about issues that is about to unravel your brain and soul. Now I know the stigma attached to seeing a doctor about some of the things that are going on and what makes life hard may be a difficult event; however, just understand he or she may be just as in need for a good conversation as you.
