The formula of Rose
A teacup sits upon a table, a layer of dust gathered on the top. Scattered books and papers. A crumpled tissue with messy writing lays abandoned on the ground. A frozen moment in the apartment with the locked door. It's been three years since it's been opened, since the tenant left his home. His name was Charles Clinton and three years ago his life was changed.

Scorned
As the lady just sits to herself, wondering what to do next. She felt as though she has tried all that she can try, yet every time she does, she is rejected. Many nights of crying to herself, not knowing what to do. As she constantly prays. They say, “After the rain, then comes the sunshine.” Yet it has rained for so long she feels like she is in a timezone. Cycles, when do they end, The definition of a cycle is a series of events that are regularly repeated in the same order. Sometimes, not even in the same order but it still has the same ending.

The Book of Dreams
It was late and I had just arrived home from work. Unfortunately, it was another long shift, but if I was going to keep the lights on and my medical bills covered; I needed to do it. As I turn the key in the lock, the door decides to stick, so I have to twist both the knob and the key while leaning into the door. It pops open to reveal my extremely tiny apartment.

Social Experiment in Disguise
Several high school graduates from diverse backgrounds and school recently received letters from my colleagues inviting them to an eight week summer camp. Out of the thousands of letters that were sent, only a few hundred answered them, and only a bakers dozen were chosen.

Marked in the Starry Veil
Aries Concurrency is running high and I feel like we should add a little bit of contrast here to highlight some important features. But the mirror broke to fragments already and very vaguely can I foresee the reflection of my own image. Indeed, I am working right now and I am sweating my bows days in and nights through. Under the eclipse of the day, the labor force tells me what to say; as when the stars silently shine on me, I hurry before it gets blurry. And during daytime, I pray that I may connect all the dots in their most orderly fashion. Indeed my being must prevail with great attention to details. The mission is pretty rough on the corners and at times, I can’t even expose myself to dear friends. In all crude honesty I’m being tricked to maintain proper friendship.

Joanie.
It never ceases to amaze me how tedious this process can be! Here I am standing in front of what could be simply be described as “notebook heaven”. There’s so many to choose from in an array of colors and sizes! What should I choose? The red holographic one that changes colors whenever it’s shifted on its side? Maybe the orange one with fuzzy sunflowers? Or the amazing suede, hunter green one? This view is mesmerizing and I know I’ve spent way too much time trapped in this beautiful trance. Just as I’m about to throw in the towel, I catch a glimpse of a little black notebook displayed next to the pink, glittery one. I reach for this notebook and immediately know it is the one. It’s small, matte black, with covers smooth like butter I’m afraid it may actually melt if I hold it too long! It’s the only one left. It was meant to be. I’m so giddy with joy when I get to the register that the cashier looks at me curiously. I offer a brief explanation and she smiles & tell me I made a good choice. My kind of girl! I’m nearly skipping out of the store, anxious to use my new notebook.

The Only Way Out
Hannah felt the soft brushed fabric of the small black notebook in her hand, and held it a little tighter in that moment. She closed her eyes and whispered to herself, ‘Just one more week to go.’ Flicking through the pages of names she had carefully accumulated over the last twelve years she stopped, when she saw the clients name in question, double checked the payment terms of the job and opened the drivers door.
