INTRODUCTION

This book is written for the knowledge and impact to help humans in their daily lives, it helps in reducing anger issues if putting into practice and make use of everything that will be discussed in the book, to get over anger in their life.

I dedicate this book to everyone out there, who are struggling and suffering from anger issues, I bring this piece as a solution for you.

Overcoming Anger by Noble Sunday

SIMPLE WAYS TO AVOID ANGER:

I. SILENCE:

Silence is the easiest way to avoid anger, by keeping silence you are already giving up on getting upset by not saying words that will trigger you to get angrier.

Silence will not expose how hurt you get from the incident, from your silence you will be able to cool down your temper gradually and let go of everything that could get you angry. It’s not always ending well while exchanging words with anger, especially trying to defend yourself from either accusation or blames.

N/B: Silence is the best answer to a fool

That means keeping silence can cut the longest story short. Practicing to be silence while you are angry does not make you the weak, but makes you look matured physically and spiritually.

Once you are Silent you will be able to overcome anger.

II. SMILE:

The most beautiful action you should take while getting angry is Smile, while smiling you automatically free yourself from getting angry, you feel like it’s not affecting you.

I know people around will see you as a fool but you are avoiding the result of anger, always accept to be the weak, that doesn’t change anything from you.

The moment you started smiling while you are supposed to respond angrily, your opponent will be shock and surprise, he/she will feel ashamed that you are seeing them as a fool.

While you are smiling they won’t even feel like putting more kerosene on fire, the issue will die automatically. Smiling is one of the important ways of avoiding and controlling anger.

Once you are Smiling you will be able to overcome anger.

III. SELF-DISCIPLINE:

Many people don’t know how to discipline their self, many of us regrets a lot after taking a wrong action on a particular incident, learn to give yourself attention while getting upset.

There’s no action taken that was not self-agreed or that you are not responsible for.

If you listen to yourself at times, your regrets will always be your testimonies.

Sometimes those words that always speak behind you, while getting angry are to be selected, you must have a rule to yourself, not to fight unnecessarily, not to involve in an argument if you have a hot temper and not to dispose yourself were you are not known by character, attitude and behavior.

Once you are self-discipline you will be able to overcome anger.

IV. SIMPLICITY:

When someone is harsh, he/she can never take a simple decision in any circumstance, what will always come their mind is retaliating, letting go is never their option, but it’s not always landing well, once you started operating in anger, there’s no peace of mind in your daily live.

I know people always take someone’s simplicity for granted, but that can’t stop you from operating on your policies and your lifestyles.

When you are living a simple lifestyle, you will be hurting the more but you will never fall a victim or taking a regrettable action.

Once you are living a Simple life, you will be able to overcome anger and troubles that may leads to anger.

V. TOLERANCE:

Practice how to tolerate people’s behavior, take pains and endure everything that comes your way.

When you tolerate people’s behavior and attitude, you will never get angry by whatever they’re doing. You will only see them as trouble makers not your trouble mate and you will start living a peaceful life.

It only takes a mature mind to tolerate others attitude, once you can tolerate, you can overlook.

The moment you understand that there is no gain in getting angry, you will never think of involving yourself in any fight, quarrel and argument. Instead you will become an adviser.

Once you can Tolerate you will be able to overcome anger.

VI. PRAYER:

Most importantly prayer is the director and the strength which will enable you to apply all the above mention ways of getting over anger in life.

Pray for grace to Overlook everything, energy to control your anger, strength to tolerate others, soft mind to let go of everything that might happen to you. You can never do away with anger without PRAYERS. Always pray to get over things that will get you upset, things that will cause hot temper.

Pray to control your temper, how to take the right decision, actions and retaliation.

I pray when you practice you should be able to overcome anger.

Once you are Prayerful you will be able to overcome anger.

SUMMARY

In summary, no one would come across this book without getting change in his/her life about controlling anger.

1. Nothing worth dying for.

2. Letting go is not a defeat.

3. Maturity is when you can manage and control anger.

4. Anger makes you live an inconvenience life.

5. Learn to surround yourself around mature mind, to avoid argument and anger.

6. Hot temper does not make you a strong man or woman.

7. Happiness comes when you are free from troubles which anger could cause.

8. In every situation learn to avoid anger.

9. It pays to be self-discipline.
