One day, You'll get sick of being sick
And then you'll start to make yourself happy and healthy

Tough times will make you cry. And sooner or later you'll get sick of being sick. And then you'll start to live more purposefully and joyfully. It's when you're melancholy or tense to the point where you've had enough of being in conditions that have made you feel that way, and you decide for yourself that you deserve better, you start working to make yourself feel good and happy. And then You start to take care of yourself genuinely because this time you really know what does it mean to take care of yourself, and now you'll really enjoy the process of loving yourself. Because this time you're not doing it from seeing some Instagram quotes or blog posts. This time you really felt it deeply what does it mean to love yourself as you had gone through that dark phase just to know this!! And you'll start falling in love with your imperfections and to work on them with patience, love, and persistence. and you'll adore yourself for who you are and ultimately you'll be at peace with yourself.
It's a fact that when you're confronted with too much of anything, you become frustrated, and no matter how scared you are, no matter how bad things have gone, sooner or later you begin to look for solutions, you begin to believe that you surely deserve better, you begin to focus on problem-solving rather than being stuck by your own self-destructive thoughts, you begin to hustle to get yourself the life you've always desired, and that's how you became the hero of your own tale. And, over time, you learn to love and care for yourself in a really sincere and authentic manner.

And then you'll start trusting your intuition more than the other people's comments or discouragements and you'll restore that lost faith in god. In your tough times, you'll have faith in God that everything will be fine. You'll start to believe that he is always there for you when you need him. because you know, he actually cares about you, you'll stop overthinking about the silly situations, you'll start spending time in pure devotion and prayer to the god. You'll not scared of him, instead, you'll talk to him about the issues you are unable to discuss with others, freely and transparently, knowing that he will not judge you, he will guide you.
Trust me, He'll heal you from the inside out. He will infuse you with an ocean of love.
God has already given you the powers to tackle the problems you have in your lives, he really wants you to win the challenges that life throws at you.

With time you'll get to know the true power of gratitude and you'll start to be grateful for everything in your life, including ups and downs... every single thing. Because gratitude is the attitude that can fill your heart and soul with love, prosperity, and joy. Because gratitude is the gateway that connects you to the infinite source of peace. You can make your own affirmations for practicing gratitude, or you can google them. Practice gratitude for at least 5 minutes a day, genuinely by feeling every affirmation while you say it. Be grateful, because a grateful heart always wins.
Whenever I feel clueless, I practice gratitude, because it clears my all confusion
~ Harsh Jain

Lastly, I would like to say that, No matter what the problem is and how big it is, it's our own willpower to face that challenge that makes us the hero we're meant to be. The best thing about hard times is that they actually teach you how to authentically take care of yourself and love yourself. Difficult times just dig deep into your soul to bring out the best and strongest version of you possible, and sooner or later after enough suffering, you'll realize that "enough is enough, I want better for myself", and little by little you'll start winning over your scars and challenges with patience and courage in your hearts.
That's why I said -:
"Tough times will make you cry. And sooner or later you'll get sick of being sick. And then you'll start to live more purposefully and joyfully"
~ Harsh Jain
Let it be the hope and courage that guides you forward, not your scars.
Thank you for being my kind and beautiful reader. I'm so grateful to have you!
