Awakened Potential

With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

We are living in a time, where spiritual awakenings are becoming more commonplace, and with these awakenings taking place within individuals, and collectives, it is something that I don't believe there is much navigation in regards to.

Since I was young, I felt a strong pull towards the spiritual side of life, I began studying Wicca when I was 16, along with meditation, and buddhism. I would sit on the floor in my bedroom and would easily get into deep meditative states, where 1 hour felt like a couple minutes, as many who may actively meditate are aware of such experiences of temporal uniqueness.

I went down a path for a number of years, that caused me to lose touch with my spiritual side, and instead focused on destructive habits, that while may have started out as curiosity, stemmed into full blown addiction by the time I was 21. I spent the next 16 years in this phase, I got married, never had the blessing of having children, but did have the blessing of meeting my twin flame, who helped me to overcome the addictive lifestyle I had been living, and while I am currently in the process of tapering down from different medications, with the goal to be medication free overall, it is a process.

I have spoken to many people, as well as have taken in information that relates to ancient wisdom, quantum physics, spiritual experiences, and profound realizations, and it wasn't until I came across Carl Jung, that something clicked. So many people talk about awakening, and many throw the term around in non-specific ways, which there is not necessarily anything wrong with such things, but I feel that it undermines just how powerful these experiences can be for those who may be going through such things as a dark night of the soul, or are actively processing trauma from their own shadows.

Many seem to view a spiritual awakening as something to strive for, and there is also a misconception around this that seems to insinuate that once the spiritual awakening takes place,(Its not a one time occurrence), that everything in life will be perfect, but this is not the case.

For me, the process of having multiple awakenings over the course of my life, which can be better termed, as deepenings into ones own divine consciousness, has been very lonely, isolating at times, as well as times where I felt as though I was on cloud nine, but with the influx of new energies that the body seems to become attuned to, throughout these experiences, wisdom above all else, must always be adhered to.

I view the awakenings that take place, as subtle increases in energetic emanations from the person who is having the experience, what I mean by this, is that as a person heals more and more of the trauma that is present within their shadow, or subconscious, there ability to project higher frequencies of energy becomes increased. The term with great power comes great responsibility can not be overstated here, because as your ability to project energies into our world, that can have a direct effect on the surrounding environment in a way that sometimes seems supernatural, is not uncommon, the act of doing so with complete conscious awareness and wisdom must be implemented.

Do not seek to rush the process of deepening your fundamental understanding of your own divine consciousness, for it is something that I have learned, tends to take place when it needs to. It's akin to having a windshield covered in snow, and the windshield wipers swipe it all away, granting clarity, but if you do not actively engage those windshield wipers, the snow builds up again. With spiritual work, there is no end, it is a growth process that goes on forever, as we reach higher and higher levels of conscious awareness, our responsibility to use that which comes with such broad degrees of clarity is paramount.

When you take the path of integrating the knowledge and wisdom you have gained, and begin embodying it in your everyday life, this is where the fruits of your awakening can be brought forth, by being the best of humanity, in the way in which only you are able to do.

Never lose sight of why you are here, and never let anything be a barrier to you become whole.

Brightest Blessings.

Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.
